Hey Michelle, can you do a video on pricing?
Would love to see a video of a typical day/week for a home bakery - most efficient way to produce as many macarons from home. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
Great info as always!
Thanks for your tips!

Thanks for the info! Very informative and inspiring. Lastly, your curly hair is straight mesmerizing!
I would love to see a video on tips to mass make macarons in a home kitchen for instance timing of how good the batter is after macronage, how it should be stored if you need to bake the batter in more than one batch, how to freeze macarons, how to store in fridge, timing of all this for markets, outside sales etc
Hello are you able to do a video on pricing? I have no clue how to do it. Thank you
Hair, lips, eyes, green, pink, omg 💕💚
Hey, when you started selling at these places did these places ever ask for cuts of what you were selling outside of their buildings?
Thats a million dollar video
She puts up quality content! Highly practical advice for beginning a baked-good business... she also happens to be one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, but that's irrelevant lol. Subscribed. 👍🏻
I'm lost in the sauce over here...like what kind of places have pop ups on top of their regular stuff?(I'm not familiar with that at all), and how do you get set up with stuff like weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, etc?
If you have Instagram, send me a message over there. I’ll be able to answer more of your questions. My Instagram name is @michellesmacarons
Do you have to have a License in order to do a popup?
With doing farmers markets and pop up shops do you need certain permits or licenses to do so? I’m unsure how to start out and do not need Karen’s bugging me when I’m just trying to make an honest living
Legally, yes. In most states you will need to apply for the cottage law permit. Some states just require you to follow the cottage laws without filling out any paperwork. It depends on the farmers market, but most want to see proof that you’re doing everything legally. Popups are usually a bit more lenient, depending on the shop.
I did my city's farmers market yesterday l set up on a city bench with my little table but l was away from the main event and the market people never bugged me.🎉 plus l had my cottage too permit too..at my home.
Unfortunately in my town they require you to be a licensed business & work in a verified kitchen to sell at the farmers market. We have cottage food laws but it’s the markets rules 😕
I'm not sure how it is in your area, but in SC it is simple to get a business license as a cottage food business
@@tweak04 Really? I’ll have to look further into it.
@@Momtralife yes, I had to start with a permit from my county and I registered as an LLC
Umm please tell me how you have hair like that?!!😂😍😍
I was just saying the same thing. It's BEAUTIFUL!
Pricing pleaseee😉
Hi
Pricing need it please
My question is, let’s say you want to sell somewhere like a coffee shop or a boutique and they don’t have a fridge to keep your macarons cool... how would you keep your macarons from going bad?
If you can get a cooler or mini fridge for them, that'll be one way
But farmer's markets are very expensive. They are $450.00 for one season. If you are just starting is a lot of money.
Wow Your LookinG Do Cute love You 😘🙈🙈🙈
