When is the best time to do markets? Spring, summer, fall.
How do you print or do your ingredient list needed to sell the macarons ??
The cottage laws in my state say that I have to do an ingredient list. If I am going to sell them individually how do I do that?
Also, what would you suggest packing the macs in if the customer is going to pick out 3 (for example).
My cottage laws don't allow products with cream. Is it the same in your state and if so, were you still able to do ganache fillings or something other than American buttercream?

What about Labels to put on the baked goods? I go by food cottage laws. We have to list All ingredients and put on there something about it being made in a home kitchen Not inspected by health dept.

Thank you so much for this!! So, if all fillings need refrigeration, would I be able to sell them at the farmers market?
you have to have the fillings in the cooler on ice, that's the recommendation I was given (I'm putting glazes in mason jars that they can take and use when they get home). If you don't follow their health inspection rules you can be shut down so read through your area's guidebook about that.

How much time do you get for set up/take down?
I'm just adding this info because I just read about it, you can arrive at 6:30am and must be set up and cars out of the area by 8am. Takedown can't start until the farmers market is over, so for us it's 1pm.
