I have cottage food business in the state of Georgia. Can I own a dessert trailer to sell my baked goods out of it. I will not be preparing any of it in the truck just selling prepackaged cottage food items out of the trailer.
I am having a really hard time figuring this out. I am operating a Bakery out of my home under my LLC. I will not have everything on my menu ready so I want to have a delivery service come pick it up and drop off the products on a specific day. Which delivery company is best for that scenario? Uber and DoorDash is having some communication barriers with the service team so I am not getting consistent information from them.

yes there is a new app called " saveaplate" app for local food businesses
Hotplate is what my aunt uses for her preorder/local pickup bakery. All other ordering platforms my aunt tried required a lot of custom technical set up. She said Hotplate has been the easiest to set up and use instantly. She takes preorders for pick up from multiple locations similar to you!
Great video! I am wanting to start an herbal tea company in Washington State but the cottage laws says that the teas can't be shipped out of state, I'm not sure at all what permit I need in order to create and ship tea blends from online orders across state lines??? please help🤯

Commercial kitchens are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE to rent, it's ridiculous. And licensing is expensive too.
