If you were living in Canada in the last 5 years, and just staying temporarily in your family house during vacation, you don't need to list it as your address.

I have a question: I got married to a Canadian and approximately a yr later got my pr card, however my pr card has my previous name as well as my passport, but all of my other documents contain my husbands name as my last name. I never legally changed my name to his last name, but at the time I was told by my lawyer that I could use it since we are married. Now you only need to provide the information of the photo studio, including name and address, but you don't need to upload the back of the photo.

I have a question: I got married to a Canadian and approximately a yr later got my pr card, however my pr card has my previous name as well as my passport, but all of my other documents contain my husbands name as my last name. I never legally changed my name to his last name, but at the time I was told by my lawyer that I could use it since we are married.
My question is: will the difference in names from my PR and my drivers license be a problem when I apply for my citizenship? And if so, what do I need to do?

I worked industry and different locations all year round, question is should I put employers address same as show on ROE or address where I physical worked there are different, example I worked for a company in Alberta but on ROE show employer in Ontario something like this.

You don't need to give a different email. You just need need to register another account for citizenship, but you can use the same email to register.
