I personally don’t promote EGR deletes on DPF fitted engines, as it can affect regens. I know the Euro 5 take well to re maps, unless your doing to remove the DPF I would leave the EGR be, and just keep it cleaned regularly

So I contacted the guy I get hundreds of these plates off and found his winding down his business what’s a real shame ! This is a link to his page on eBay. I achieved 1050 miles to a tank of fuel once. Can easily achieve 60+mpg on a run with Euro 3 D5 Full blank will cause error code, you want the part blank, i now have 2003 XC90 Euro 3 D5, have just done a part blank and drives so much better and better MPG, also fitted TDI Tuning tuning box…. Difference is night and day. Done this job today, it was proper filthy and clogged up. Got the blanking plate you recommend. Pretty straight forward job thanks

I drive xc90 D5 had it remapped with egr delete, car runs so much better
Yeah they do run so much better after stage 1 and EGR delete
Just bought a V70 d5 2003 this is now on the list to do.
Definitely worth while upgrade, have posted a few more S80 videos as well

No EML but once it come up with engine emissions high, and it’s never been back on again done over 3000 miles since

Definitely helps keep the intake clean, better MPG, better low down torque and keeps the engine oil cleaner for longer.
