  • We bought a HOUSE in Abruzzo Italy for Only 19K and today we will continue our DIY Renovation Project in our Italian Village.
Welcome to our new channel. This will be a series featuring our new adventure.
The story and renovation of a really cheap home we bought in the beautiful region of Abruzzo ITALY for ONLY €19K
Let's be honest, you can't even get a bathroom renovated for that much money in Australia, yet we found an Italian Home for Sale for less than €20K.
Truth be told, this house will need a lot of renovation works to make of it a home. The bones are great, so at least we can have a good start.
Some work will be for sure DIY as much as we can to keep it on a low budget. We do not want to over capitalise!
It is a stone home in a gorgeous historical village in Abruzzo, which is thousands of years old! The house itself might be a few hundred years old.
We can't wait to start revealing patiently the stories and truths of our inexpensive Italian Stone House.
Our idea is to show you every step of the way. The progress, the frustration, the achievements and the cost... So that you can see for yourselves if a Cheap Italian Home is an option as your Italian Dream Home.
    Welcome on board!

Loved the toilet dance,😂. Your house without a garden has much more heavy duty gardening tools needed than the other garden. It's amazing how the ivy get in everything.👍

16:51 Enjoying your lunch and a million dollar view, what more do you need! 😍
I can see it's very steep and probably hard to reach, but isn't it possible to cut the climbing plant just above the ground where it starts to grow, so it dies completely and can dry out over time? 🤷‍♂️
At least the toilet had some water today! 😅✌🏼

Not to be that person, but you really need to use proper PPE at all times. Cement and Brick dust are something you really don't want to breathe in. Other than that, nice work! Would love to do something like this

Episode 5.... Guys ... I have been in this situation with my husband. Our house was in a better condition ( thank god ). What we did was to have a plan everyday and focus. It's hard work but if you do a room at the time it really helps. Leave the pipes to the plumber 😂 and focus on what you can do ! Stay strong! We ll keep watching 🥰

Great progress. How was water connected to the house before, I wonder? You really have to be flexible with all the obstacles. Well done, you two!

Will you guys be adding stairs connecting the two levels so you don't have to go outside?
Maybe build something enclosed going up on the outside so you don't have to disturb the floor.

Since you are in a historical center of an old town, don’t you have to consult with a Geometra and Architect in that town before making alterations to the property?

    • @Our19KHome
      @Our19KHome  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Certain interior alterations need to be consulted even if not in a historical centre as plans need to be approved
