great info.....what do you think if we put our both legs in position like 90 degree before taking the dumbel. 10 years before my guru Younus Khan trained me to put your legs first in 90-degree position then focus on your arms..rest you have explained well. I really miss my old guru (Younus Khan). He is really great person with big heart. In year 2008 he was like 55 years old and the gym where train or work is 10 km away from his house. Shocking was that he used to ride bicycle to reach gym on daily basis morning and evening. Sometime when he get late due rain and others problem, then we guys used to wait hopefully for him out side the gym. that was lovely connection with him. lastly I met him in year 2008 then I moved to other city and never get chance to vist again.
