    31 "Jinx still has a hextech gemstone" - I always interpreted the gemstone in that scene as a hallucination. She only had one inside her pistol, which was destroyed and she surrendered afterwards. Furthermore, there is a scene transition from Jinx's empty hand, to the blue eye in Jinx's hallucination of Silco, to the gemstone being in her right hand, plus when she spits out the gemstone there is a deliberate close-up of Jinx's empty hand to show that it didn't land on it.
    46 The reason Sky cannot continue to exists is because she is a representation of Viktor's humanity.

    Mel's defeat of Ambessa and LeBlanc made no sense. Is this pokemon? Did she have to save LeBlanc's supereffective magic on Ambessa? If she was strong enough to stop LeBlanc in that moment why did she need her help to beat Ambessa? idfk with this scene bro. Everything else is 10/10 for me

    6:34 i think Victor was looking at Jayce's hammer, specifically the core inside of it. probably confused why it feels familiar (since it was future Viktor's arcane that corrupted it). when Mel attacks him from behind, only then he turns to look at her, but the direction he was looking at that moment was the hammer.

    Realising Ambessa had to choose between one of her kids both of whom she loved more rhan anything was crazy, i dont think she let Kino die because Mel was her favourite/had powers either.. i think she (rightly) didnt trust the black rose and thought shed lose both her kids of she played ball amd decided to bewr the paon of losing one whislt saving the other while simultaneously looking for a way to vanquish them in revenge, the fact that the black rose killed Kino whos only crimes were curiosity about his mothers past and being a loquacious flirt just to piss of Ambessa for daring to give birth to a Chosen and not hand it over to them is proof theyre not only not to be trusted but worthy of hwr wrath and elimination
    Its just a shame it had to go down the way it did

    Really love your content! SO happy I found your page. One point about number 23, though: Jinx is in the "bunker", the same place where the counsel are forced to meet after the attack on the main room. Salo can be heard saying, "never in Piltover's 200 years has the counsel been driven to the bunker." Or something to that effect. This is also where the gang meets to go over their defense plan before the big battle in episode 9. It just looks different because the table isn't there (they either move it or this is another level or room of the same bunker). Guessing it's a super secure shelter for emergencies. Given that Jinx has already broken out of the prison, it makes sense that they would keep her here.
    Also - the hexgem Jinx has in the cell isn't real. Like Silco, they are things she's imagining.

    i think the character mentioned at 8:30 would potentially become a villain in the next installment of the show. it seemed to me like Arcane is doing to him what The legend of Korra did to Kuvira. but that's just a theory

  • @mejxe

    I think it cannot be Swain's crows because Noxus vs Ionia hadn't happen yet. In the lore, Singed helped Noxus to invade Ionia by creating a chemical weapon for them, and since he obviously just met with Ambessa, the invasion hadn't happen yet. So it's either the demon Raum himself or they just retconned a LOT of lore.

    • @internetloy
      @internetloy  วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      The Trifarix already exists in Arcane, and that's Swain's philosophy. Also at the end of the last episode one of Swain's crows is shown, we know because it has more than one eye.

    @16: That ain't Swain, but the demon Raum. Arcane is taking place before the Ionian invasion, Swain didn't yet have his demonic powers. So basically it's the first time ever we see Raum do anything on his own.

      Good point. Almost confirms next series is gonna be the invasion of ionia and season 2 of that series being after swain lost his arm to irelia introducing the demon swain that we know.

    I liked this episode to a certain extent. I was confused by the conversation between Mell and the shadow figure. The scene kinda felt empty of conflict to me, I know there was, but it felt muted, like Mel doesn't know this is an organisation that potentially killed her brother and drove her mother to desperation. Other than that I found Mel's redesign somewhat in conflict with who she has been, and a little tacky.

    in the last scene of episode nine where people hand out papers to burn them to honor their loved ones who died in the war there is a shot of a person with blue hair and two buns very similar to powder from episode seven, why would the artists/writers choose that spesific hair style and color of all options is that foreshadowing of powder from episode seven is gonna travle through alternate universes to the main time line or it could be a symbolic way of showing jinx has died and powder lives on maybe?

    Idk man, that one enforcer had like zero influence on anything in the final episode. I agree he will be used for something in the future, but his screen time could have been spent on something else and the feeling of the show wouldn't have changed much.

    Is nobody gonna talk about the s*x scene on E8? Yes, the scene itself is so strong visually, but what it symbolizes, I think, is much stronger. In S1, Cait meets Vi first time in the prison cell, and Cait frees Vi. In S2, Vi frees Jinx, but Vi gets stuck in the prison cell again. Later, Cait COMES IN to the cell, and then they decide to make love INSIDE the cell. It's the complete cycle of Vi and Cait's love journey. But furthermore, Cait explains she "allowed" Vi to free Jinx by moving all the guards to the hexgate, knowing that's what Vi would do behind her back. It shows Cait also decided to forgive and trust Jinx just as she decided to trust Vi by freeing her in S1. It's not just a simple s*x scene. It's a confirmation scene where Vi, Jinx, and Cait all reconciled with each other. A genius and powerful way to show the beginning of "breaking the cycle".

    • @Dont_Spoil_Act_3
      @Dont_Spoil_Act_3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Fully agreed - my favorite part is actually before the love scene begins, which is the expression of surprise on Vi's face when she hears Caitlyn's words followed by the realization that Caitlyn was the one who decided to give her sister a second chance and allowed her to escape. By doing this, Vi sees that despite months of being apart, Caitlyn is still everything that she fell in love with about her and in that beautiful moment, Vi feels the need to express that love in every way possible, making it the most suitable moment in the show for the scene to happen.

      Too bad the sex scene just felt degenerate. Vi and Cait hooking up in the same cell where Jinx was self harming, refusing food and hallucinating Silco, just felt gross. 😑

      @internetloy Yeah makes sense and now that I think about it none of the champions except Ambessa actually died they just disappeared. But I suspect Jinx really killed Warwick/Vander with that grenade at the end and escaped that's why I have been wondering about that skull
