idk man owane is awesome and personally i like his stuff way more than i like polyphia. i think it's because owane's music is more complicated, whereas polyphia sticks to one key fro pretty much an entire song

I’ve been drumming for 14 years. It’s hard to say this……but the drummer, Maciej has to be the best in the world. The parts are just so hard for any drummer. The creativity tops everything however. Nobody writes parts as insane and as controlled as his. If you listen closely, you can’t even fathom what he’s doing. Underrated af

"Summer Jam" is firmly lodged in the top 1 or 2 positions of all time favorite "fusion" instrumental. It varies between "Summer Jam" and Holdsworth's "Zarabeth".
