Well said this is about one of my favorite albums of all time it really is something special and it inspires me I make my own music and he's really rubbed off
So much I could say about this album. This mans is a master of the key change and the deceptive progression for starters. Soundscape is mesmerizing, the hooks are all instantly iconic, and even with all the rich jazz chords there isn't a single moment that's too dissonant. The drops and grooves make me move every. single. time. It's the perfect blend of modern progressive rock and classic jazz/classical elements punctuated with the always welcome retro synths. Every single track is a banger. This is probably my favorite instrumental rock album of all time.
@@BurntMcgurnt uh okok i see, well that s a relief because if he knew less, i d leave guitar🤣🤣🤣🤣 what he does is extremely tough from the point of view of theory, requires a lot of study. Thanks for the info btw👌🏼

for about 4/5 months your 3 albums have become the soundtrack of my life ... I have never listened to so many times a single artist and never liked all the songs so much ... finished "geatest hits" listening " dunno ", finished dunno listening" yeah whatever "in a continuous cycle...thank you so much
I love love love the intro to Born in Space. It's just so chill. And it only exceeds my expectations from there. Between artists like Intevals, Plini, Widek, Micic, The Helix Nebula, Owane, etc... (Dare I say it... even Polyphia...) There's never been a better time to be an instrumental/prog/fusion metal/metalcore jazz/djent/thelick-core/whateveryouwannacallit fan!
I just call it a fan of music my brother. Original is original. You can dance from those beautiful bands you mentioned to Meshuggah or Death very easily,or Al Di Meola and Herbie Hancock, or King Crimson and ELP. The best kind of music and the greatest emotions share the same thing, they cannot be described only experienced.
I don't get it.. What's the deal with Polyphia ? I think they're pretty awesome even amongst all the bands out there doing really crazy advanced stuff musically
I love this album, some tracks have a very "japanese Jazz Fusion" feel to them, some sections even remind me of T-Square and Casiopea. I hope i'm not talking nonsense here...
Discovered Owane via YT like 2 weeks ago, it's since been playing on repeat, even when it's not playing, this thing is addictive, in a good way, it gets in your head an affect your mood, respect Owane for sharing your compositions it's really inspiring.
My sunday does have a highlight. Multivitamin juice is too good. Jazzy smooth essential enriched multivitamins is so neccessary. I keep coming back so I can be injected with multivitamins. This is the best multivitamins in existence.
I've listened to this about 3 times now and tried to have it going in the background while surfing but it just grabs my attention, it's so brilliant. Owane really stands out from all the other shredders out there who can't compose a decent song. What a breath of fresh air.
8 songs, 35 minutes long, and is probably the best music and the best album I've ever heard. Not only can he play multiple instruments incredibly well, he writes amazing music.

@@Nofishnoclue Didn't get it either, so i googled and found this: "The Lick is a commonly used jazz lick (a stock musical pattern),[a] regarded as "the most famous jazz cliche ever".[2][3] It has been popularised as it is easily adaptable into all keys and modes and is heard in many famous pieces, including many non-jazz pieces.[4][5][1] It has been seen in adverts, such as in an "Injury Lawyers for You" advert and in the music on popular TV programmes, such as The Late Show. The Lick is now usually used for comedic effect,[b] as it has become "such as cliche" that musicians tend to only see it as an inside joke, so unironic performances are rare. I was just listening to the new Polyphia album for the first time and already put the album into my cart on their website, but this album from the master himself auto-played and made me second guess my decision in a very real way which I found surprising. I'd buy Owane's daily practice throw away stuff with a huge smile and zero doubts. 10/10 mind blowing and never gets old. Same goes for his last 2 albums. One Curl in Bangkok hits so damn hard...
