    Good video! A great idea using the towel. When I did the rear bearing on my Accord I had to drill out the ABS sensor.

    some tips !! use a little anti seize in the bearing mount so you do not have to use a slide hammer next time if you have to replace it again. Also never use a torque wrench as a breaker bar as it will damage your torque wrench!

    If you drive a chisel between an ear and the hub where the heat shield is sandwiched it saves a lot of time.Bearing pops right out!

      justin mcintosh yea, that thing was definitely a pain to get out. I was about ready to grab some TNT 🧨 😂. Next time I will try the chisel!

    Why is the new bearing open on the back nothing is connected why is it open

      Beacuse on the 2012 Regal, they use the same bearings as the front. So the splined opening is for the front axle to go through, then axle nut is attached. Same is true on the rears if the car is AWD (all wheel drive). Hope this helps.
