I've never been happier than when I switched from Samsung to iPhone, BEST decision ever, now I'm going to upgrade to 16 Pro Max next week, I'm looking for some accessories and a cool case, any recs?
I’m a Samsung fanboy but when I tried IOS, it feels a breath of fresh air for me to try and use and switch to it. And hearing IOS users complaining that IOS gets boring and switching to Samsung, and they are like not going back to IOS, like what?
Switched from iphone 13 to Samsung S23 few months back, i was gonna upgrade to iphone 15 however, after checking multiple reviews i went ahead with s23. I am happy with my purchase and fully satisfied. Such a value for money. Can't wait to upgrade to s24 ultra already.
So, in your experience, you can say Samsung S23 (base model) has a better camera quality than the iPhone 13 (base model), or there are some things to improve regarding your previous phone?
@@robhughes8516 The oversharpening and oversaturation that samsung insists on doing are not present if you use the Pro modes on its own camera app. Also, the 10x optical zoom on the S23U is in a league of its own and is untouchable. Even the S24U's 5x 50mp couldn't beat it even until now.
I got to say the Samsung display looks more like a deep color almost like a painting where the iPhone I think looks more watered down. Most people do not agree with you.
This year I’ve been using the Galaxy S24 6.2 inch screen since launch coming from a Galaxy S21 Ultra, at first battery life was an issue but after some updates battery last me all day with regular use

S24+ owner. This is the first year I've owned a phone the year it came out. I dont regret my purchase AT ALL and as long as samsung doesn't drop the ball with software in the next 5 years, I'll be sticking with them getting the biggest phone possible

Your settings depend on how your phone looks with Samsung. Also, the square is the king. Cant sand the curved look. Theres a reason they dont make cureved corner TVs
I'm an android user since 2009, I was thinking of getting the s24 ultra when I change my mind last minute and bought the iphone 16 pro instead. No regrets. Loving it so far. It kinda felt like owning a smartphone for the first time. So fresh and exciting.
Destroyed my 15 pro max with a dumbbell and replaced it with a S24U. I'm gonna chill here on android for a while, it's so nice. Especially loving the S-Pen and how generous Google Play pass is. Both systems are amazing in 2024, switching is fun

They’re both great phones. I am an iPhone guy but my brother has the S24 ultra and that phone is a 10/10 . Can’t go wrong with either but my ecosystem is with apple so just makes sense to stay within apple.

I have both phones also, I like and dislike things about both. I think both are excellent devices and it’s pretty much down to personal preference more than functionality these days. Phones are pretty mature at this point so there are very limited differences between these two flagships!

Agreed... but unfortunately the 25U is losing that look. Probably from all the people crying about sharp corners. Meanwhile all the real ultra users like the sharp corners. It won't be as drastic of a curve but it's heading in that direction which is sad.
What I find people never mention or don’t realise is the camera layout has not changed on iphone for ages because it is the best layout you can have. All lenses are the same distance from each other meaning the zoom transition is always the smoothest in comparison.

If 3 cameras are lined up in a row, the first and third camera are furthest away from each other meaning when you transition from one to other the image will shift slightly making a not so smooth transition. Iphone have cleverly minimised image shifting during switch of camera lenses buy making each camera same distance from each other. Saying a fact is not a lying apple fan boy.
I want to see the dynamic Island turn into a dynamic bezel with a under display camera so when you're in camera mode the dynamic bezel will come down and it will look like the dynamic Island exposing that camera giving you the best selfie possible
it is not possible for samsung to create their own OS because they will lack developer support because app developers has to create their apps again for new samsung OS and that is not possible as of now so they are not going to switch from android near soon.

My regular 11 got destroyed last night the screen is bleeding charging port broke over a year ago due to sand scratching up the insides been using a weak charging pad that takes 6-7 hours to fully charge. Sometimes I would wake up and it would be dead still lol. Just ordered the 16 pro max last night in desert titanium and I’m very excited, great informative video

Guys, your reviews do not show that the flash function of Samsung phones does not work when you switch to 0.6x zoom. Apple and Google works. Can you comment so that Samsung can fix this for the new S25?
Samsung has an anti-reflective coating, but if you stick on a protective film or glass, the anti-reflective effect will disappear, but on an iPhone I can just stick on anti-reflective glass or film)))
Samsung Note 10 plus and Google Pixel 9 ... none of them can compete with iPhone's user experience. Even just the sophistication of iPhone's icon is very appealing. The only thing I hate Apple was and still is it doesn't support easy file copying from PC - you need some software to help bypass that.
My biggest dislikes for the 16 pro max is definitely the selfie camera. I think the pixel is definitely better with the selfie. The last time they upgraded the selfie was Iike 2022
I had an iPhone 16 PM for two days but returned it because it was painfully slow at everything compared to my S24U. Plus the iPhone lowers its refresh rate to 80hz when scrolling fast which is unforgivable 🤢👎
Everyone always talks about Apples chips but what does an iPhone do to use that chip power? Nothing. Androids can literally run windows and use Qualcomm or snapdragon chip power to emulate, render, edit, etc. Most Apple users just play phone games and watch movies or tik tok. Benchmarks may say things but Apple users don't utilize that power for anything other than media. Not to mention they're YEARS behind on "new features" that Android users have already had for a long time.

The S25 ultra is supposed to have even smaller bezels and when oneui 7 will bring dynamic island functionality. Gemini works on iOS if you have the Google app.

What about when comparing the 15 pro max vs s24 ultra? And if I buy a used s24 ultra, what do you think the resale value is? Guys, your reviews do not show that the flash function of Samsung phones does not work when you switch to 0.6x zoom. Apple and Google works. Can you comment so that Samsung can fix this for the new S25?
The one handed mode in the Samsung makes it so more useful everyday, with the gesture control navigation makes a lot of sense

Samsung has an anti-reflective coating, but if you stick on a protective film or glass, the anti-reflective effect will disappear, but on an iPhone I can just stick on anti-reflective glass or film)))

Samsung Note 10 plus and Google Pixel 9 ... none of them can compete with iPhone's user experience. Even just the sophistication of iPhone's icon is very appealing. The only thing I hate Apple was and still is it doesn't support easy file copying from PC - you need some software to help bypass that.

My biggest dislikes for the 16 pro max is definitely the selfie camera. I think the pixel is definitely better with the selfie. The last time they upgraded the selfie was Iike 2022

I had an iPhone 16 PM for two days but returned it because it was painfully slow at everything compared to my S24U. Plus the iPhone lowers its refresh rate to 80hz when scrolling fast which is unforgivable 🤢👎

Everyone always talks about Apples chips but what does an iPhone do to use that chip power? Nothing. Androids can literally run windows and use Qualcomm or snapdragon chip power to emulate, render, edit, etc. Most Apple users just play phone games and watch movies or tik tok. Benchmarks may say things but Apple users don't utilize that power for anything other than media. Not to mention they're YEARS behind on "new features" that Android users have already had for a long time.
