Appreciate the help n glad I can so this stuff by myself without an auto store or paying a mechanic. Had my Rondo since 07 n am ready to cut it lose lol. But am in grad school n tryna save money so I still use it.
Hi. I just saw your video on removing the map lights cover. I don't want to damage the plastic cover. I tried to do it without the tool you were using but couldn't. Any tips or another tool I can use to pry the cover off? Are there notches on the edge of the plastic cover I should look for?
Yes, the lens would be held in place by 4 tabs. It is best to use our tools as they are designed exactly for this type of installation, and I would not want to risk damaging any portion of your lens.

Is there no "door open" light in the housing with the map lights?
Ever figure it out?
