@@runningwithstephen I am wondering why there isn't a parkrun in Glasgow Green, the course of the men's 10K went round part of the park which is flat for the most part, could be good for a parkrun if one was held there

Hey mate 👍... thats still a huge effort after EMF. Like myself, it's all in the recovery, isn't it? An how the body responds. For me personally ibe not raced a 10k in years so this was my first real guage of where I'm at. Gutted to have missed you pal. Hopefully, we can get a run in soon. @@runningwithstephen yeah I’ve had to be disciplined to get back out there but immediately have set some new goals. I want better 5k, 10k and half marathon PBs before I get back into marathon training in December/January. The GSR half marathon on 1st October is a big highlight. Would be great to get a run with you soon.

Hey mate , Glasgow Frontrunners seem to be a great club. Loads of folk go to them and I think they meet locally. Are you glasgow based?
