I have your 2-3 comments regarding the same in this video. Let me answer. Muslims can't domesticate tge animals which are forbidden like pigs, dogs and some other animals. Dogs are allowed in Islam to keep but not inside house and that too for a reason. They have to be kept outside and to be used for like for hunting, guarding house, managing flock of sheeps, goats, etc. Dogs in Islam can't be domesticated just for entertainment or love. However other animals like rabbit, cat, birds, etc can be domesticated just for entertainment or love. And secondly, muslims have affinity love and respect for what Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings of God be upon him) did or possessed. It's not like it's domesticated just because of religion. If a muslim wants, he can pet a cat. In Turkey people take care of cats and as far as dogs are concerned, government itself take care of them. Turkish govt. even issues tags for stray dogs. Why is it disguisting? Dogs are in the top 3 most mentioned animals in the Quran. Allah gave all this space to mention them and you call them disgusting? The Malikis say it is makrooh to keep him inside the house because it removes portion of good deeds because you are feeding it instead of your hungry neighbor. But now things kinda changed. Allah honored dogs, cat's in the other hand are not honored in the holy Quran. Dogs have alot of benefit to people and earth. in fact the most useful Animal to human beings in this age is dogs. Science also showed that dogs have 5 times higher love hormone than that of cats and sometimes it jumps as x100 higher then they see their owner, and its also confirmed that dogs love their owners more than their wives or small pups.
