Most likely case? The jedi would be fractured over what to do cause on the one hand they could do their duty as jedi and take out the sith lord with more than likely anikan rushing ahead of them but that would turn the public against them (violently) into believing they were just trying to take control of the republic as they wouldn't understand what a sith is and on the other they wouldn't be able to figure out if fives was telling the truth as he tried to kill the chancellor, was able to capture rex and anikan skywalker, and was acting very crazy like.
Stealthyhunter in Fives' defense, he was drugged, did not actually try to assassinate the chancellor, was being hunted and was paranoid, and also Anakin and Rex were probably going to try to bring him in.
*Scorch* would have joked about a lack of security. *Sev* would have said it's because he killed all the guards. *Fixer* would have told them to focus on the mission, and *Boss* would complete the mission by himself during all the banter.
Don't forget, the Commandos in the game were all voiced by different voice actors, only boss was still voiced by Temura Morrison. It would have not made any sense to put in Raphael Sbarge and the other voice actors when Dee Bradley Baker voiced every other clone
I think Sidious didn't allow the commandos to go as that information would have threaten his plans. And having a normal squad would have increased the chances of them failing.
Paladin Boyd I was thinking the same thing. Palpatine has his fingers in everything. If he ran the Clone Troopers like he ran the Stormtroopers, the Republic would have won the war swiftly. That's why Umbara happened. He wanted the clones to not only execute, but WANT to execute Order 66. Chip or no chip, Waxer's death by Jedi would make Cody and others probably hate Jedi
Fred Crew, And if someone joined the war with more money and better ways of cutting cost the droids would have been upgraded for less money and would have steam roller the republic easily. More money more problems.
Honestly im not gonna lie. I lOVED the reprogrammed droids. like no joke their death hit me in the feels as hard as Echo. I am always a sucker for the Battle Droids, but these ones actually got a massive amount of screen time compared to others and just, man.. I REALLY wanted them to live and show up in future episodes, even just as cameos or background appearances.
Zane Winyard there also some unfinished episode on TH-cam you can see, search the bad Bach, it's few episode, these episode were never aired so they haven't been fully finished, but if your true fan you mind, there my favorite episode, this is were you find out echo lives, consider these episodes season 7
Republic: nah sending Delta is too risky. Also Republic: We'll send two Jedi, the highest ranking Clone Commander, Captain of the fiercest legion and two ARC Troopers.
@@ChristianNationalist654 I hate to be "that guy" but Alpha-17's ARC training program isn't canon. I know wookiepedia says rex received ARC training but I'm not sure which canonical material that comes from.
LEGO KANGAROO i think there was a story where echo was put in stasis. Then around the time of the new era, a pirate found him on a downed separatist ship. I think there was a story like that.
Sev: There’s somethin’ red and slick in these vents.... HOLY- That thing nearly took my arm off. *THUNK* ‘Wish buildings could feel pain.” Scorch would just be going on with his classic comic relief and general Greenhorn-ness. Fixer would continue to earn his award for being the most normal Clone. And Boss would be Shooting up a storm, throwing grenades, and demanding everyone go satiate their Bacta Addictions. Especially Sev. Because From the dialogue I hear, Sev likes Bacta more than Carnage.
For me it goes like this delta squad would be accompanied by the bad batch a group of clones also able to go a mission with no casualties both teams would find ways into the citadel with crosshairs and sev making a wager on who can kill the most droids whilst the rest of the squad tries to find the prisoners tech and fixer are trying to prove there technological superiority over each other and scorch and wrecker bicker about who can make a bigger hole while boss and hunter focus on the mission and try to keep the peace the find the prisoners make their way to escape maybe losing 2 clone prisoners in the process they find a ship and makes their way past the blockade making this mission a success.
I think Delta squad would have had varying roles in the operation. Boss would have had to study the layout of the facility with sev as to pick good sniper spots along with entry and exit points for quick escape and entry. Delta squad would put themselves in carbon freeze to slip past sensors while reprogrammed battle droids would give access code to get past the blockade. fixer would study the mines on the wall to find a way to get by them without them going off and Scorch would find a way to clear the wall and get inside with Fixer hacking doors. Sev before the operation started would pick good sniper spots to give covering fire for the rest of delta squad. He would take out guards at the entrance so boss and Fixer could get in. the two would make their way down the halls to a ventilation shaft where they will climb to the prison cells. Fixer having studied the doors and hacking patterns would bypass security on the prison doors to Even piell and captain Tarkin. Scorch would pick a strategic place under the cliff side of the citadel for explosives as distraction later. Fixer would disable alarms and security from a main terminal in the hall. Boss would cover Fixer and take out guards on the inside while they make their way to the escape platform where they left the ship and droids. Sev would take out the guards at the back entrance while Boss, Fixer, Even piell, and captain tarkin make their way around the ledges and gas pipes to the landing pads. Scorch would do the same with Sev and bored the ship. Scorch would detonate the explosives he placed before to distract guards and divert forces that way. in the commotion the republic fleet would appear out of hyperspace to provide covering fire to let Delta squad safely escape.
I believe the squad would use carbonite like the original and would enter smoothly. They would move up avoiding patrols until finding. The prisoner however as they are extracting they run into a group of droids they would shoot them but trigger alarms and security doors. Now they would likely be able to get out due to explosives etc and as they go leave high power charges. They would eventually get out an detonate them, destroying the citadel and all separatists inside and move to the shuttle. Now due to the explosion as they enter the ship they would be attacked by heavy fire and commando droids this would result in boss being wounded but non lethal and they would take off. They would be chased by vulture droids and jump to an outer rim planet. However they would crash due to a typo. This would kill all on board but delta squad. They would stay here until meeting with Rex and the other rebels near the battle of Endor and be present in the fight. This would lead to the trap being avoided and the shield taken out quicker. Due to this the space battle would last less time allowing a quicker Death Star destruction. In the chaos Darth Vaders super stars destroyer would make the hyperspace jump and arrive at jakku with all crew. This would lead to the rebel attack failing and being pushed back. Jakku would serve as the imperial home world until merging with the first order leading rey to be discovered and trained. Later in the war a group of commandos alpha squad trained by delta after Endor would encounter rey and Kylo and a fight would occur. One of alpha squad would be killed but they take rey captivate and kill Kylo. This leads to star killer base not being as well defended and Han Solo surviving. My idea.
If Delta Squad were on the Citadel Mission - Fanfic I believe that if Delta Squad were to be on the mission a few factors need to be added Only Delta Squad and R2's droids on this mission, no others except those they rescue. No jedi except Plo and the others who helped at the end First off I believe instead of using carbon freezing I think they would start off on a different planet, hijack a droid supply ship on it's way to the Citadel, Fixer with his tech would use a voice modulator to sound like a droid contacting the Citadel asking for permission to land and would use his tech abilities to send a false signal on the life forms aboard. Then they would set the shuttle to auto pilot and land at it's designated landing but Delta would jump out onto a ridge outside the Citadel. R2 and his droids would land and deliver the supplies making their way to a control room while Delta climbs the wall. They would contact R2 when the door was ray shielded and have it taken down, Delta would storm in, not needing to worry about the cameras because of R2 and his droids handled them, once they saved the Jedi Master they made their way to rescue Tarkin and they made their way back to the landing platform. Delta knew that while they loved their other brothers, they knew they may not make what they had for an escape. Fixer hated the idea... But Scorch was already running to the door, they left the citadel guns blazing, Sev taking out the turrets before they could even see them. Boss looked back seeing commando droids with shields coming behind them, 3 out of the 5 regular clones were cut down, Scorch attached his grenade launcher to his DC-17m and rolled out of cover laughing and yelling 'Eat grenade ya stupid droids', Sev could only groan and Fixer was trying to warn Scorch that he was being reckless. Boss stopped shooting when his comlink beeped, one of R2's droids spoke 'Sir, they have found us, we are making our way to your AGHH' The feed would cut out as the sound of Sobeck growling. 'His comlink beeped again, followed by more beeps from R2. 'Well at least one of them made it' Boss would think. He soon saw a hail of blaster fire in the air and out of it came R2 flying and dodging the fire warning the team to get in now. Now all that was left of the team were Delta, Piell, R2, Tarkin and 2 clones. They ran for the shuttle when a spider droid jumped behind them, one of the clones pushed Boss out of the way, he was then hit by several heavy hits before the Spider droid exploded from one of Fixer's grenades "SIR WE NEED TO MOVE NOW". Boss looked to the clone who gave his life for him and for a brief moment, bowed his head in sorrow before getting up and running to the shuttle. R2 took off flying away before Tarkin spoke up "How are we going to leave the planet, they Separatist fleet will tear us to shreds". Sev replied with "Blast he's right", R2 beeped claiming they need to land and call for help as if they stayed on the shuttle for much longer they would have more droids on them. Once they landed away from the Citadel they walked a mile from it to make sure even if it was tracked it would be hard to find them. Fixer took out his long range communicator and handed it to the Jedi while the remaining clone sat down, Tarkin stood with Piell and Delta walked off to talk. "So what's the plan sir" Sev spoke. Boss replied with "We wait for backup, the Jedi will probably sent an entire fleet". Scorch muttered "Gotta admit though... Still a better mission that when we were on The Prosecutor... That was a nightmare." All Delta's laugh at this remark and sigh remembering how their first home is gone now. Tarkin walks up to the Commandos and informs them that Plo Koon is sending a fleet to help and that they are heading to some coordinates for an extraction. "Why not just take the shuttle" Scorch asked. Tarkin said "Because we can't risk going back to the ship in case the Separatists are there, we leave in 2 minutes". The team were about a mile from the extraction point when Sev signalled the team to stop, they stood still for a while when Sev quickly did a 180 turn and fired at an Anooba in the face. All Delta members turned and fired at the incoming beasts. They yelled at each other calling out locations of hostiles, "Watch your left" "More inbound" "What in the hell are these things". They started coming from behind them and two of them jumped on the last remaining clone mauling him, Boss told Piell and Tarkin to run and that the Commandos would cover them, one by one the Anooba's would be cut down until they thought they were clear, fearing the Anooba's were being tracked Sev and Fixer tossed several smoke bombs and decoy grenades in all directions making it unclear which way they went. The group made it to the location when they saw the STAPs coming in, they were piloted by Commando droids and what appeared to be an alien [Sobeck]. Sev raised his sniper and took out 3 of the 5 STAPs while Boss shot one down into a pool of lava. The last one was piloted by Sobeck who jumped onto Tarkin breaking his arm and kicked Piell in the stomach, Sobeck prepared to throw Tarkin into the lava until Boss sneaked up and stabbed his vibroknife hidden in his wrist into Sobeck's unprotected neck letting him fall, catching Tarkin and letting him down. Suddenly several Droid gunships landed near them when they suddenly exploded, everyone looked away keeping themselves safe from parts of the exploded ship, they looked up seeing 3 Jedi Starfighters flying by followed by an LAAT gunship, landing and picking the team up. They reached the battle in space and saw the Republic ships ready to jump to hyperspace. When the reached Coruscant, they headed to their barracks on the planet but were stopped when approached by Plo Koon and Evan Piell "We wish to thank you for your service, this mission would have been a failure without your skills". The Delta's were never ones for 'thank yous'... except Scorch... he loved anything that could boost his ego. Plo pulled out 4 medals and one by one pinned them on the soldiers armour, Delta saluted and stood still before Plo thanked them once more and bowed before walking away with Piell. The Delta's then walked to the barracks, walking past the guys in the 501st who they would talk to from time to time seeing their drinking buddies Fives and Echo fighting over who got the most kills in their latest mission. They asked the two ARCs if they wanted to join them at 79s for a drink. Fives responded with "Sure, need to celebrate getting more kills than this shiny". Echo punched him and walked with them to a speeder. By the end of the night Rex caught Scorch and Fives passed out drunk and had the others carry them back to base. Sorry for making this so long, I just enjoyed writing it so much and loved adding Fives and Echo at the end. If you have any ideas on how to improve this piece please comment so I can get better. Feel free to use this for a video or whatever, I love your channel Geetsly. Peace
Commando insertion into the Citadel Clone Adviser begins briefing, laying out the plan, the specs for the Citadel, and the extraction point. Scorch: "wait we're working with battle droids? are we sure that's smart? can't we just blow a hole in the wall like usual?" Sev: "yes cause that totally won't get us caught..." Boss: "The battle droids are part of the plan, they're reprogrammed, and fixer even modded their original coding to interface any mapping data they collect strait to our HUD. This plan is solid 62." The insertion begins without a hitch, the landing and droid decoys both go through flawlessly, making way for the commando's of delta to begin their individual missions. Fixer would head strait for the security center, and bypass their systems through and adjoining wall. Sev would take up cover positions, eliminating sentries, turrets, and other obstacles to escape. Scorch would head directly to the officers cell, to retrieve Tarkin and half of the data. Boss would go after the Jedi Master personally. All goes off without a hitch until, through no fault of his own, Fixer slices through the wrong wall, tripping the alarm systems. Still managing to retrieve the cell numbers and disable most of the security systems, all they had to worry about now was the literal army of droids rushing to find them. Scorch (over comms) "we've got droids!" Boss: "Hold them off, we can't loose the target, if the Jedi dies, we fail the mission." Each commando fights off a portion of the droid army, finally collecting the prisoners. They return to the ship, just in time to encounter a serious problem. Sev: "MagnaGuards Incoming!" Boss: (to Tarkin) "Get your men in the ship! The Jedi too! We'll handle this." after an intense fight with 4 Guards, delta believes they have succeeded, only to have the sinister voice of Lord Tyranus come over the the whole base. Dooku: "Congratulations, you have successfully breached my prison... however you must understand I cannot allow you to leave. Make any attempt to flee, and my blockade will destroy you. Surrender yourselves, and the data, and we will allow your deaths to be painless." Boss: "Adviser! We're stuck on this rock with no way off, how long until the fleet gets here?" Obi-wan: "Commandos, we're in orbit now, we will engage immediately, take off on my signal. Oh, and thank you for fetching our friend." Scorch: "you can thank us by getting us out of here!" Obi-wan: "will do! we've cleared a path, make your way to our cruiser, and we'll be off." The extraction from there went seamlessly, and with a total of 8 casualties... all brave clone pilots.
During one of the Rebels episode where Kanan and Ezra are dragged into the ghost disguised as imperials, a Stormtrooper says "They take prisoners now?" Implying that Rebels kill captive imperials rather than taking them in for questioning.
You’d think commander Cody would’ve contacted clone force 99 for such an operation. Hunter: “What kinda suicide mission you got for us this time commander?”
One thing to consider is that the chancellor didn't want them to succeed, that he wanted to make sure master peel died since he didn't know that Peel and Tarkin split the coordinates.
I feel that Omega and Delta would be deployed along with the 3 reprogrammed battle droids.Sev would still provide sniper support but only for Omega since Omega would scale the wall and find and rescue the clones and evil. Then using Scorch's knowledge and expertise with explosives they would extract via hole in wall with Fixer's reprogram droids and then evac using a stolen shuttle to a republic battle group.
THANK YOU! FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT!!! Yes Cody is my favorite, but Delta Squad eats that shit for breakfast. I am so annoyed, almost insulted, that Delta Squad had less than a 2 minute cameo in the show. As far as clones went, they could have improved a fuck ton. Make Fordo, Null ARC Troopers, Omega Squad, Captain Maze, and Commander Gett as canon. Better yet, give already established clones such as Neyo, Bacara, and Deviss an episode or two... sorry for that rant.
***** yeah. Temuera Morrison would be too stressed physically. He's old now. Dee Bradley Baker has been the Clone Troopers for 10 years. Dee Bradley Baker did make his voice sound like Morrison in at least two instances
Love your vids Geetsly's! This was a really awesome video, as always! I totally believe this, and I definitely think that Delta squad would have been better for that mission.
Well, I was thinking, in addition to Delta Squad, I thought a few arc troopers led by captain Fordo should have gone to the Citadel, that way we can see the two most elite clone forces of the republic play nice as best they can with each other. Of course, there still would be some members that don't make it out alive in my version.
I think that if delta squad was sent in on their own they would have not been able to get passed the first door as the only way the original squad got in was because Ashoka was small enough to fit through the door. I think that they would then have to get to the old tunnels. They break through the wall and have their escape route planned. They would probably get to Evan peal and the commanders and head out through the tunnels they had come into. The droids would have sent a squad to the cell after not hearing from the droid commandos in the cell. The droids would have set up in the tunnels to make sure they covered all entrances like they did in the episode. The commandos would have known of this and most likely sent for R2 to pick them up at the main landing pad. The tactical droid would have met R2 and the commandos would have come out of the citadel, shooting the gunners and the tactical droid at the same time. The air speeder droids would be inbound and jumped into one of the heavy guns. The commandos sent up their demolitions expert to destroy the cannon, but would not have been able to get near due to the speeder droids. He instead went to one of the other heavy cannons and fired at the droid manning the cannon then firing at the speeders. The others would have began to ready the ship. They begin taking off and as they get high enough to the gun Scorch was at and he jumped in just as the doors closed. They contact the republic and they dispatch cruisers to the commandos. They sneak past the separatists and into the cruiser where they escape safely to the republic.
If I recall correctly the Delta team were only sent on the most hopeless missions as well as that the were always deployed behind enemy lines directly or being the only team directly engaged with hostiles.
*Republic Commander*-"Alright Gentlemen we have a problem, master Even the House-Elf and General Tarkin have gotten themselves captured by a small confederacy fleet and are now being held in the Citadel a not-so-top-secret confederacy prison that is designed specifically for a three episode story-arc of a T.V show." *Republic Officer*-"Why is this a bad thing?" *Republic Commander*-"Well aside from the obvious you idiot, both Tarkin and Even carry vital information about space lanes that will play absolutely no part in the war aside from them being mentioned as "important" in this story-arc" *Republic Officer*-"Sir if they play no part in the seris than why are we so worried about them?" *Republic Commander*-"Shut-up" *Republic Officer*-"Okay...even if we were to do something about this, then what exactly do we plan on doing hm?" *Republic Commander*-"I'm glad you asked officer smart-ass, in fact I plan on using the most elite group in the Reublic Military to break into the Citadel and recover the V.I.Ps" *Republic Officer*-"Soooo...the A-Team" *Republic Commander*-"No" *Republic Officer*-"Communist Russians" *Republic Commander*-"No" *Republic Officer*-"Well I'm out of ideas" *Republic Commander*-"You make me sad" *Republic Officer*-"Thats what my parents said" *Republic Commander*-"OK MOVING ON...I plan on using these elite troops to sneak into the Citadel and recover both people which in turn recovers both parts of the information" *Republic Officer*-"Lovely how convenient that both of them only know half...did they just look at the info and say "Oh wow if under some unlikely senario we get captured let's take the time to both memorize only half and pray to God we can remember our respective part of the info" *Republic Commander*-"It no longer matters what they did you idiot, what matters now is getting it back!....hrm...okay what I plan on doing is getting delta Squad for this miss..." *Republic Officer*-"No longer possible sir...Delta Squad is on Vacation at Scarif Beach" *Republic Officer*-"What the fuck!!?" *Republic Officer*-"Yea says right here on the morning news..." *Republic Commander*-"What kind of news would stick out that kind of info?" *Republic Officer*-"*Morning Would*"....😆👉" *Republic Commander*-"Oh I fucking hate you so very much..." *Republic Officer*-"Well I don't get paid enough" *Republic Commander*-"You get paid 12 credits....THATS OVER MINIMUM WAGE!" *Republic Officer*-"No....that's the ammount of cash you take of a dead sith trooper in the first segment of KOTOR..." *Republic Commander*-"sigh....ok just get me a team of clones with incredibly ironic names along with a handful of main charactors so we can get this done" *Republic Officer*-"Gladly Sir" Queue season 3 Citadel-Arc....
THIS! THIS! THIS! Long ago I wrote this on a forum somewhere for a podcast called "Republic Forces Radio Network". They played up RCs so much for season 3, they could of had their own story arc!!
They sent in 4 ARC Troopers. Which were Advanced Recon Commandos and were specially trained members of the Republic Army. Granted the ARCs here weren't "real" ARCs like the Alpha Class and Nulls. But in universe and canon they were an elite squad.
I am writing a fan short novel about SEC's MIA ending to the game. Sev was taken to the citadel, and the squad taking a wookie ship or a nemodenian shuttle whooping ass and eventually destroying the entire facility.
I think your answer was the most accurate. A mission like this needed the best and when the best is away on another important mission, you can't recall them. From seeing that episode though, I doubt it would've gone flawlessly after the scaling. once inside, they would've been detected by alarms and had to shoot their way to a different landing craft and commandeer it.
What if things went south shortly after they retrieve the prisoners? I’m sure they could fight their way out but how effectively could they “escort mission”?
They didn't get sent in cause the screen writers are stupid. Logically though Delta wouldn't of been sent in alone. Another commando squad would of been sent in. So Omega and Delta raid on the Citadel. Similarly they would sneak in but alarms would be triggered as soon as the prisoners were set loose. With the combined fire power of both squads they would obliterate any force apposing. Then promptly take the command room and reverse the defenses to their side. Then proceed to make a ransom call to the blockade, which in typical fashion they would begin an orbital bombardment to ensure the prisoners did not escape. So while the separatist destroy their own prison the squad sneaks out and holds out on the planet for a few weeks until they can leave when the main separatist forces have left the system for there was no need to remain.
I always thought they could've sent Delta Squad to the Senate Building back in Season 1 of TCW, they could've rescued the hostages, and we could've seen a sweet battle between the bounty hunters and our boys from Delta!
Hello Geetsly! Here's my submission to the contest. We start off our story by having the squad taking over wherever the citadel gets it's supplies from, (most likely on a nearby planet.) They would have to do it very cautiously, as if the battalion based there finds them, they could alert the citadel, compromising the mission. Once captured, they'd use a handful of reprogrammed droids to staff the base to make communications with the citadel seem normal. Scorch would then line the crates of supplies with the nano droid explosives as seen in season 5 with programming telling them to seek out the command center. Since it was also a supply base, they'd have access to the supply ships with the proper clearance codes and supplies, so that part of the problem would be solved. At this point, they'd have the republic bring in the stealth ship from the Christophsis campaign, and Boss would have it ordered to be landed in an discrete location with the trained clone trooper crew. The explosive supplies would be loaded onto one of the separatist supply ships piloted by programmed droids, and along with the stealth ship containing delta squad and the trained crew, they'd head to the citadel. The stealth ship would be able to slip by the blockade undetected, and it would land somewhere in one of the surrounding valleys. The supply ship would give the proper clearance codes and would land on the supply pad, which wouldn't raise any alarms like it did in the episode, and the droids would unload the supplies. Once on the ground, Delta squad would leave the stealth ship, and head towards the bottom of the citadel. Once there, Sev would split up with the squad, getting a vantage point on the platform above the mine field cliff. The squad would climb the cliff, having Sev pick off any droids in the way. They'd reach the top, and Fixer would slice the door controls if needed, to get into the base. They'd go into the citadel, and sneak through the corridors until they found the objectives. Sev would also at this point move to a vantage point above the landing pad, without being spotted. Once the squad finds the targets, they'd then move to an area close to the supply pad. Scorch would then activate the detonator, blowing up the nano droids inside the control center. This would in effect, kill most of the leadership and security controlling the citadel, and thus would cause mass confusion and cause most of the droids, including the ones at the supply pad, to run to the control room in case of an attack. Sev would then pick off any remaining droids at the supply pad, including those manning the turrets, and the squad and objectives would move out to the supply ship still landed there. Sev would quickly repel down, get into the supply ship with the rest of the squad and the objectives, and the programmed droids would then fly them back to the stealth ship. They'd switch ships, getting onboard the stealth ship, and it would take off, heading for the separatist blockade, which would now most likely be on red alert. They'd temporarily uncloak, if needed, to make a transmission to the republic fleet on standby. The republic fleet would move into position, engage the separatist blockade, and cover the now cloaked stealth ship until it got onboard one of the Venators. The fleet would go into hyperspace, escaping the system with minimum casualties and the objectives with the codes on board. Mission success.
If you want something done you have 3 choices: send 100 clones, 4 commandos, or 1 ARC trooper. Following this logic Fives and Echo would have been able to do it easily.
eh not really, they were regular clones that got promoted and functionally still frontline troops, rather than clones that were specifically bred and trained for arc trooper work like Delta squad. They were good, but they weren't really sabatours or infiltrators
Meme Dream Machine Alpah Class or Null Arc troopers were more elite than Delta Squad. Alpha & Null Arcs being some of the first clones created , were personally trained by Jango Fett . Look at Captain Fordo for instance. Echo & Fives were not Alpha class Arcs but they still were quite skilled
Meme Dream Machine Alpha & Null class Arcs adopted Jango Fetts personal fighting style , making them quite deadly. What Delta squad had each member do , an Arc trooper was trained in all specifications Delta Squad learned. Alpha & Null Arcs were trained in Assassination , Reconnaissance , Infiltration , LAAT piloting , tank piloting , Hacking etc.
(This is my scenario, hope you enjoy) *The following is the true accounts of the infiltration of the Jedi prison "The Citadel" and the rescue of Jedi General Even Piell and Captain Wilhuff Tarkin. The following is information recovered from the Jedi Archives, Republic database of records, and holo-jurnal entries of RC-1138 "Boss". Towards the end of the Clone Wars, Jedi General Even Piell's was tasked with a highly classified and vital mission for the Republic. Discovering hyper space lanes that could result in an immediate end of the conflict for either side, it was imperative that this information be delivered to the Jedi and Republic. However, the General's crusier was ambushed on it's return to Corusant. General Piell and his ship officer Captain Tarkin were captured and taken prisoner with 5 additional clone officers. Knowing that the Citadel might have the ability to break him, the council ordered his immediate rescue. Delta squad was dispatched and brought to the Temple for debriefing. Having been given outdated maps, the team would have to make a plan as they went. Not taking any chances, Jedi master Quinlan Vos was also dispatched to aid the Delta force. With no clear way of getting in, as the planet had a heavy blockade, General Skywalker proposed the idea of carbon freezing. With the team being frozen, it was also decided that R2-D2 would accompany the incursion force, along with 3 reprogrammed B-1 battle droids. "The plan was "risky", to say the least, but that's how Delta liked it. We knew there was a chance the carbon freeze would fail, either killing us in the process or not hiding us from their sensors, but the risk to the Republic was to great for us to not try." -Boss The ship was able to fly right through the blockade and landed on lower most platform of the facility. Unloading the team as of they were supplies, even covering them with supply storages to hide them, the B-1 droids walked them right into the blast proof doors of the Citadel. Freeing them from carbon sleep, the droids returned to the ship to await the return of the team, using the cover of engine malfunction to prolong their stay. "It's the worst feeling I ever had, carbon freezing. You wake up disoriented and weak in the bones. That didn't seem to be the case with the Jedi. He was already checking the perimeter before we fully came to." Fixer used low grade, undetectable jamming devices to manipulate the security cameras abilities, freezing the image long enough for them to pass by. Threw the force, Vos could feel where the tortured Jedi was being held. The team made their way to the chamber that held the Jedi Master. They were not quick enough, as the Droid interigatir had already punctured Piell's single good eye, rendering the Jedi blind. Sev was able to cover the wound, but they were down a man as Sev was also made carry the Wounded Jedi. They were not done the mission, as they now needed to find the officers that held the remainder of the information, since Piell only held half. "It was horrible. The Clanker put a needle in his eye, so I put a bolt through it's. With the Jedi wounded, he was a liability in combat, so now we were even more pressed for staying undetected." Finding the cell that held the officers, the troops allowed Vos to take out the 2 Cammando droids guarding them. With Tarkin and the remaining clone officers, the team devised a plan to escape. Much to the delight of Captain Tarkin, they planned to move as one group. The made their way through the facility undiscovered, that is until they reached the ship. "Clankers were everywhere on the platform. They had their blasters on us before we could react. I am only alive to say this do to the Jedi being there. Master Vos had his lightsaber ready when those Clankers started shootings." In the shootout that followed, 3 clone officers were killed and Scorch was wounded. The team was however able to scape when 2 of the B-1 Republic droids joined the fight, casing confusion on the Droid's side. OOM-10, the commander of the droids, was killed in the engagement with his body not being recovered, but the damage was to severe for the Separatist to recover, thus making his programmings of the mission lost. The ship was fired upon by the blockade, only to be rescued by a small Republic fleet lead by Kit Fisto. The ship boarded the cruisor "Prime", where the Jedi General was treated for his injuries and the hyperspace lane information was collected. Scorcher 's wounds were severe, leaving him hospitalized for many months following the rescue. Jedi General Even Piell was given cybernetic enhancements to return his vision, but he remained in the Temple for the remainder of the war. Tarkin was promoted to Admiral following the rescue. Delta Squad was assigned to Quinlan Vos as his detachment on all further rescue mission the Republic would launch, but no other rescue missions were conducted, leaving Delta Team to continue their work. "The mission costed lives, and that was regretable. Scorcher being injuried was also pretty hard for us to deal with. But 'ey, we lived. We survived breaking into and out of the single most secure prison in the Galaxy. As for Vos, he wasn't so bad to work with. He didn't give us mutch direction, almost seeming like he forgot we were their most of the time. We did complete the mission with high success and the Republic benefitted greatly. That being said, I still feel that any extra data on the prison could have prevented any life loss."
Hey Geetsleys, you should do a what if the chancellor did not execute order 66 and sent delta squad to assassinate any Jedi they could find and Anakin to wipe out the main Jedi Masters who mattered. Just a thought if you haven't done it.
Golden_Matt Bruh delta squad and anakin would die eventually. While anakin was strong the remaining masters would realize he's taking them out and join together, same with delta they may be strong but enough light sabers and force abilities would put them down. Plus if he didn't use order 66 the clones would be siding with their Jedi allies making things more difficult. Palpating used order 66 because it was quick clean and easy
Matty Fern not to mention the Commandos were given the ability to think, unlike the average clone they could question their orders and were highly independent because of what their missions required of them.
I think the bad batch could of done alot better in this type of mission tbh, but that being said there was no reason why commandos couldnt of done it. There were other teams like Omega and Onyx too. That or just send the ARC troopers from the 2000 animated series lol
Fordo and the boys would just storm the citadel the separatists would try to surrender and get blasted the mission would be a success but there would be a lot of Sep casualties and the Citadel itself might’ve ended up destroyed
Interesting points. Given the stuff from Republic Commando, I wouldn't be surprised to find that Delta Squad had managed to rescue Even Piell and the Republic officers without a scratch. My follow on question would be: can the same be said for the Bad Batch? They are after all almost identical, and the Bad Batch has had a 100% success rate. (I'm talking about the OG Bad Batch; no Echo or Omega, and Crosshair is a good guy)
Two things: #1: it technically doesn't need to be Delta Squad itself, any Republic Commando Team could do the job. #2: even though the Deltas, or any other Squad could pull it off, it'd most likely be essential that a Jedi is used to make sure that they'd Rescue their fellow Jedi (Force Sensitives sensing other Force Sensitives).
I would also be interesting to know what would happen if ARC troopers were sent as well. They often operated in much smaller groups or even alone. This seems like it could change the dynamic of the mission. My theory would be that the ARC would infiltrate the command center of the base and direct droid units to escort the prisoners to his ship which would land at the main platform. The main obstacles would be the warden and his tactical droid but if the ARC could dispose of them before they could trigger an alarm, he would basically have no problem sending fake order to the guards.
I would have taken any excuse for Delta Squad's appearances after their cameo, if there are any spare episodes in season 7 (which I doubt if they use both unfinished arcs of Utapau and The Bad Batch along with the all but confirmed Siege of Mandalore) I want to see a Delta Squad episode
recalling Delta Squad was the squadron used in Star Wars: Republic Commando for the original XBOX game. I don't recall that you / your squad die at the end of the game but I do remember it left a cliffhanger that was never finished to make a sequel.
I think I have a good reason. Because the squads use the fact that no one really knows they are there as an advantage. You send in commandos with jedi, and backup clones that defeats they’re use. They are just another gun at that point. But send in ONLY commandos, and they would have been affective. Commandos are good for stealth missions such as assassinations, escort, search and destroy, and intel. If you played the game you’ll realize that. So I think they didn’t send any in because this mission wasn’t really a stealth. It was high cost and I can understand why they didn’t go with it
You would need at least two Commando squads for a mission like this, yes Delta can handle themselves but separating a four man elite team is not a good idea, I personally wouldn’t send one squad, I’d send two, one for insertion and one for securing the perimeter.
delta squad was making other missions with walon vau, omega squad and clan skirata. This missions wasn't legal because weren't allowed by the repubblic so they had to made it secretly and no one was able to find them
The easy answer to why they weren't included is due to the writing of the story in that it would have been a 1 episode at best instead of the 3 episodes I believe it was in the TV Show. You also don't get to see Tarkin and Anakin Bonding as well since they would be in and out.
Good video and awesome squad. I love Delta Squad! What bothered me about those episodes was how many of the clones died, and how all of their deaths could have been prevented by the Jedi, such as them catching Charger with the Force as he falls (if Obi-Wan did, stealth would still be there), pulling Longshot to safety from the electro wall with the Force, and preventing the doors from slamming shut on the one trooper with the Force.
Delta Squad and Omega Squad moves in secures the Jedi and remaining crew members from Even Piell's flagship. Only casualties are the battle droids they went up against. No injuries and all mission objectives complete
Heres what I think the story would be like: Delta squad lands on the planet along with the three reprogrammed droids and another commando squad to defend the ship and assist in the mission of the situation went dire. Sev views the platform they have to climb to, and Boss begins handing out the climbing picks they had brought with them to scale the wall. As Sev keeps to the outside looking for vantage points, Boss, Scorch and Fixer scale the cliff. Scorch almost slips, but is able to regain control and make it to the top. Sev puts a silencer on his rifle and takes out the two super battle droids guarding the platform just as they walk through the door, allowing the rest of delta squad to sneak in with ease. The squad sneaks around to find an astromech terminal, giving fixer the chance to hack into the surveillance system and freeze the camera screens. While this is happening, the shuttle with the reprogrammed droids works to hide the other commando squad in the ship by removing the floor plating and allowing them to crawl under. They then fly over to the landing bay and are met by a small squad of droids. The reprogrammed droids confront the CIS troops and are questioned for being late, to which they answer with a navigational malfunction. Delta squad then manages to make their way to the prison ward, and use droid poppers for a quick removal of the guards droids. Fixer then hacks into every cell and frees any republic personnel being held hostage. By this time the separatists are beginning to realize something is wrong, as some of the prisoners being viewed on screen have not moved in the slightest in over five minutes, which moves them to sending in a small squad of probe droids to investigate. The separatists also send a platoon of b1 battle droids to guard the landed shuttle. Sev sees the platoon and contacts Boss, asking what to do next. As Boss formulates a plan a probe droid spots them, forcing Scorch to blast it out of the sky, a loud act which alerted a group of BX-commando droids nearby. The separatists in the command centre are still unsure of the exact location of the squad, and are unable to launch electrical blasts or magnetic fields, leaving the small group of commando droids on their own. Boss leads the group to the door and orders Fixer to guard the rear. Boss then contacts the other groups and gives his strategy. Sev grins at the idea and begins sniping the droids in the AA guns. The clone commando group previously hidden under the floor playing then emerges and begins firing on the platoon of droids with their backs turned. Boss and Scorch then rush out and eliminate every remaining droid, and rush the freed prisoners onto the ship. As Fixer is slowly backing up he catches eye of the twelve or so commando droids racing towards him. In an effort to buy time, he chucks a grenade at the wall and cut off the hallway between him and them. The group then loads into the ship along with the reprogrammed droids and heads over to the ledge where Sev is popping any droid that enters the AA gun seats. They manage to pick up Sev and alerts the Republic of their success. The Republic sends in a fleet of three Venator-class Star Destroyers and four Arquittens cruisers, and begins to open fire at the CIS fleet. The commando's shuttle is able to fly safely to the Republic fleet for a majority of the time before the CIS flagship receives of its stolen status, and orders all its vulture droids to aim for it specifically. The ship's engines are shot out, causing it to crash into the hangar bay of the Republic Star Destroyer SAVIOR I. The group is still all alive, but Captain Tarkin had broken his arm and Boss's leg had been impaled by a piece of shrapnel. As soon as the Republic has the shuttle in possession, they begin to fall back, covering the SAVIOR I as it makes its escape. The mission was a success and the wounds of the injured are shortly treated. The only casualties on the Republic's side are the many ARC-170 pilots that gave their live to protect the fleet.
My fanfic is going to have an Aayla Secura led Delta Squad (cause I surmised that even though it's Delta squad, the info that Even Piell has is so extremely valuable that the Jedi would most certainly send at least 1 Jedi along) & from 1 big mistake I saw the prison warden make, they may be able to escape in the transport on the landing platform...he should never have personally left the command center to the cell, made himself really vulnerable. And without him the whole prison's command structure collapses.
Since this is a Star Wars The Clone Wars Scenario they get in, but Darth Sidious planned a trap for the Delta Squad so they only think it`s Piell but of course it`s kinda droid that can Change ist form and colour and when they flee is transforms into a BIG droid of DOOM so they gotta fight and when they finally get out the while fighting poisoned Piell dies and tells them the coords of the Hyperspace route before finally dying and short before finally get off this planet the enemy captures Delta Squad and they try to get the coords but they dont say anything so the separatists want execute Delta Squad but in the last Moment the techspecialist (he could escape before getting captured) installs a Computervirus that shuts all droids off so Delta Squad can escape ... but when in Hyperspace the hyperdrive gets destroyed by Sabotage and Delta Squad Strands on an unknown planet so they gotta survive until their message reaches the republic and then after surviving some prehistoric treats the republic picks em up... END PS: on twitch my account Name is JorjiCardas PPS: pls never stop making videos you are the BEST pls like that geetslys can see
I know that the video is from 2017, before Season 7, which gave us a clue or something like that. When Rex ask the 99 Squad force about "Who do you report to" , then Hunter said that he has not a real asnwer, probably giving a hint that they report to Palpatine or Intelligence. Since there was not a strong trust between the Jedi Order and Palpatine, and we could see it in the end of the arc, Tarkin promised to report it to Palpatine and Ahsoka to the Council. Porbably, the jedi would not trust to send commados in this mission, since they would reoprt directly to Palpatine . So sneding the Jedi and a selected elite group would bring a more comfortable situation.
I am going to go the other way, delta squad sneaks in and get past the mines, but a prison like this would have some kind of precautions like sweepers (yes I know they did in the show but hold on) and these sweepers would have special equipment, they would be constantly sending a signal to command saying hey I am alive and well. But when sev started to take them out, they would on alert and here comes the crab droids. I think that this was done in the show, the droids just kind of knew they were in the area and used the trackers just to get an exact location. With all of delta squads skill, the crab droids would give them a tough time, probably even killing one of them. They wouldn't have Anikan or Ashoka to take out the ones peal couldn't. They work as a team, and if it happened to be boss that died they might fall apart and fail the mission. If any of them died they still might fall apart and fail. I just think to have a successful mission like this you may just need to not kill anything, if they do not have the signal thing I am talking about I feel like that was the biggest fail, and they may even have won the war with it, briber no able to stop assassinations and preventing bases being destroyed by pinpointing where they are and where they are going.
The plan required that the commander of the citadel osi sobeck would not call or be forced to order re enforcements, if the droids where not seen to be constantly killing part of the squad then even sobeck would have increased patrols and would have gone to further lengths to protect his future as a commander.
They could have but we seen in that episode Asoka became a vital part when she crawled through that air vent. Unless they waited until the droids scoped out that door again
This whole video, I was picturing this through Boss's visor as a level of Republic Commando. And, the way I play it, that would mean... running around like a madman, spamming F, and dying way more than any of my other commandos.
Why is it that everything that has Delta in the title is amazingly good? Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta in modern day, Delta Squad from Star Wars, the Halo 2 Beam Rifle (Delta Configuration) in Halo 5, and probably even more.
Geetsly, I completely agree with you that Delta Squad would have been the best choice to send, however, I remember playing as Delta Squad in a Star Wars game and I have to say I highly doubt it would be so simple for them, because that squad has some of the best and worst luck I have ever seen, witch if I remember correctly, led to the entire squads deaths on the wookie home world. Most of their missions went FUBAR less than halfway through a lot of the time, but that is the nature of war. that being said they were some of the best in the Republics arsenal.
Two Stories, First one being why they weren't the ones to rescue Tarkin and Master Piell. The second one being the how they would rescue the two. The reason why Delta Squad wasn't there for the briefing or didn't take on this mission was because they worked to retake the outpost that Savage took where he was first discovered. When Delta Squad took the body of the Jedi to Obi-Wan and the other Jedi, they returned back to find no contact with the planet. They landed a few clicks away and discovered the Separatist had taken the Outpost and fortified it. Delta Squad worked their way to retake the Outpost and moved on with the discovery of a Separatist base being constructed. Delta Squad would have moved in the same way Anakin and Obi-Wan did to the citadel by using carbonite freeze. They would have carried actual supplies so that they could land on the platform and not make the Citadel authorities suspicious. First, they would have dropped Sev off at a mountain or something that overlooks the landing platform. The rest of Delta Squad would have moved in and climbed the rock wall with the defenses so that they could enter the Citadel undetected. The droids would have then landed and delivered the supplies, keeping the ship there. When Delta squad rescues the group, they would inform the Jedi Temple and once they were about to make it to the platform, Sev would snipe the droids that control the gunners and the rest of the guard. Delta Squad, Tarkin and Piell, and the droids and clones would enter the ship and take off, picking up Sev, and heading to space. Then the republic fleet would arrive battling the blockade while ARC-170s and the other Jedi masters escort the ship carrying Delta Squad and the others back to the cruisers and escape.
What if Fives survived and told the Jedi about order 66?
DarkNinja 1702 Fives found out about Order 66 long after the Citadel rescue
Joel Richardson he never said anything about the citadel...
DarkNinja 1702 they would have I initiated order 65 and executed sidious
*Scorch* would have joked about a lack of security.
*Sev* would have said it's because he killed all the guards.
*Fixer* would have told them to focus on the mission,
and *Boss* would complete the mission by himself during all the banter.
@ALPHA while also having to be revived multiple times
That's what happens every time in the game.
The real reason: Main characters
white flame and a plothole for Season 7 and 8

Don't forget, the Commandos in the game were all voiced by different voice actors, only boss was still voiced by Temura Morrison. It would have not made any sense to put in Raphael Sbarge and the other voice actors when Dee Bradley Baker voiced every other clone
Well if delta squad joined the citadel team it’s gonna be easy
They should've made some episodes for delta squad
I would have loved to see some episodes of just Delta Squad
Lord_ Tachanka or they could make a standalone movie
Lord_ Tachanka They had about 1 minute of screen time in clone wars
More like 20 seconds of screen time which is insulting to this badass clone commando squad.
Logan Humphries Gregor's not from Delta squad...
Paladin Boyd iand
Fred Crew, It dose make sense as he did sabotage advance droid models to keep the war balanced.
Paladin Boyd definitely. Also the droids super tanks. The droids always had new toys.
Mike Miner echo didn't die, he went MIA until Rex found him later
Mike Miner echo didn't die, check out bad batch.
WAT
o god im behind on a series that hasnt had new episodes in years. who the hell am i
Ah, yes. the lost episodes. incomplete, but still really good. exept I still have to finish season 5. :P
And a squad of Lieutenants
Rex and Cody were also ARC Troopers atleast Rex was
THREE Jedi.
@@occam7382 they technically didn't send ahsoka
@@ChristianNationalist654 I hate to be "that guy" but Alpha-17's ARC training program isn't canon. I know wookiepedia says rex received ARC training but I'm not sure which canonical material that comes from.
The worst part of the mission was what happened to Echo... :(
Atleast he survived! Kinda
Jedi Archives He's alive, just watch the season 7 story reels
Echo survived. He was only MIA.
I know that he survived, that's why I said 'what happened', instead of 'that he died'
Arc troopers don't die, they're just missing in action...
imagine if this became an actual level in a new republic commando game. I know it won't happen, but that would be such a damn badass level!
The Warleader Productions I imagine it would be the last mission and have him go MIA while the citadel explodes
Delta literally took back an entire assault ship, so this would've been a piece of cake for them lmfao.
And fighting against Trandoshan Mercenaries that were heavily armed, reprogrammed security of the ship and waves of droids on the same ship
They could do it in their sleep
Echo would have more screen time
Amar Ramic rip Domino Squad
ECHO IS STILL ALIVE HE DIDNT DIE
Salty gamer well techincly its been decades somce the clone wars from our point of view sooo yeah he probably died of old age by now
LEGO KANGAROO hes alive
LEGO KANGAROO i think there was a story where echo was put in stasis. Then around the time of the new era, a pirate found him on a downed separatist ship.
I think there was a story like that.
sev would get kidnapped and then we would get a cliff hanger and no sequel.
kharn the betrayer O Ha I laughed then cried
Tha Best24 thanks lol
Now that's fucked up
Well, you're not wrong
Sev: There’s somethin’ red and slick in these vents.... HOLY- That thing nearly took my arm off. *THUNK* ‘Wish buildings could feel pain.”
Scorch would just be going on with his classic comic relief and general Greenhorn-ness.
RC-1262's nickname is Scorch not Scorcher
mission succes Delta squad rescued the jedi and the other clones
No casualties... The citadel has fallen...
I like this
@@korloq8968 thanks man.
@@simpleclonetrooper2740 the bad batch would have called the delta squad overglorified regs
Damn this was made 4 years ago but is super accurate
@@leosburner1199 Thanks I tried.
A: They needed to make 4 episodes of death, and Commandos obviously would not qualify for dying. (excluding the Battle of Sarrish.)
And geonosis
Bigger question is why they never made an arc with Delta Squad. They appeared for like 3 seconds
Imagine Delta and Omega Squads led by Vau and Skirata, infiltrating the Citadel. These 10 could capture whole Corusant without taking any casualties
what if captain rex died when he got shot in the chest ?
Luis Garcia depression
Luis Garcia I damn near boycotted the show when Ponds died. Rex!? That's like killing Daryl Dixon in season 2!
Luis Garcia Captain Rex got hit in the chest and head in rebels and he didn't even pass out
Luis Garcia let's not.
Than The Rebels series were 70% less bearable to watch
Get your creative juices flowing!
My idea.
^^^ winner. it has to be.
One question, why does it suddenly switch from being in the clone wars to the battle of endor and the death star?
If Delta Squad were on the Citadel Mission - Fanfic
I believe that if Delta Squad were to be on the mission a few factors need to be added
Only Delta Squad and R2's droids on this mission, no others except those they rescue.
No jedi except Plo and the others who helped at the end
First off I believe instead of using carbon freezing I think they would start off on a different planet, hijack a droid supply ship on it's way to the Citadel, Fixer with his tech would use a voice modulator to sound like a droid contacting the Citadel asking for permission to land and would use his tech abilities to send a false signal on the life forms aboard.
Peace
HorizonNB this has to be the winner, it was so detailed I wished that episode went exactly like that!!
Commando insertion into the Citadel
Clone Adviser begins briefing, laying out the plan, the specs for the Citadel, and the extraction point.
Scorch: "wait we're working with battle droids? are we sure that's smart? can't we just blow a hole in the wall like usual?"
Sev: "yes cause that totally won't get us caught..."
Boss: "The battle droids are part of the plan, they're reprogrammed, and fixer even modded their original coding to interface any mapping data they collect strait to our HUD. This plan is solid 62."
The insertion begins without a hitch, the landing and droid decoys both go through flawlessly, making way for the commando's of delta to begin their individual missions.
Scorch (over comms) "we've got droids!"
Boss: "Hold them off, we can't loose the target, if the Jedi dies, we fail the mission."
Each commando fights off a portion of the droid army, finally collecting the prisoners.
They return to the ship, just in time to encounter a serious problem.
Sev: "MagnaGuards Incoming!"
Boss: (to Tarkin) "Get your men in the ship! The Jedi too! We'll handle this."
after an intense fight with 4 Guards, delta believes they have succeeded, only to have the sinister voice of Lord Tyranus come over the the whole base.
Dooku: "Congratulations, you have successfully breached my prison... however you must understand I cannot allow you to leave. Make any attempt to flee, and my blockade will destroy you. Surrender yourselves, and the data, and we will allow your deaths to be painless."
Boss: "Adviser! We're stuck on this rock with no way off, how long until the fleet gets here?"
Obi-wan: "Commandos, we're in orbit now, we will engage immediately, take off on my signal. Oh, and thank you for fetching our friend."
Scorch: "you can thank us by getting us out of here!"
Obi-wan: "will do! we've cleared a path, make your way to our cruiser, and we'll be off."
The extraction from there went seamlessly, and with a total of 8 casualties... all brave clone pilots.
Question what did the rebels do with imperial POWs.
TK- 713 death to the rebels glory to the empire.
sugged them up with jar jar
TK- 713 true 😂. Maybe information or bribery as well
Imnotoriginalaha probably made them give the rebels information and then keep them in POW camps.
During one of the Rebels episode where Kanan and Ezra are dragged into the ghost disguised as imperials, a Stormtrooper says "They take prisoners now?" Implying that Rebels kill captive imperials rather than taking them in for questioning.
Me: Dave Filoni can we have “Delta squad”
Dave Filoni: no we have “Delta squad at home”
Delta Squad at home: The bad batch
I love you mentioned that the droids would live as well.
Fred Crew we just need a movie ! A real movie focused on the clones ! Not the stupid Jedi
Alvaro Bazan the Jedi were the ones who made the clones
TreeckotheRebel maybe so, but a Clone centered movie would be nice
Alvaro Bazan YEESS
***** yeah. Temuera Morrison would be too stressed physically. He's old now. Dee Bradley Baker has been the Clone Troopers for 10 years. Dee Bradley Baker did make his voice sound like Morrison in at least two instances
1:39 We need Geonosis, Sarrish, Republic Ship Prosecutor, Abafar, Mygeeto, Haurgab, and Kashyyyk with Boss, Fixer, Gregor, Scorch, and Sev
My squad would not have suffered a single casualty sir. We would be in and out without a scratch. Believe me. We know what we are doing.
My version of the story
"Delta revive your squad mate. Get some Bacta Delta."
Love your vids Geetsly's! This was a really awesome video, as always! I totally believe this, and I definitely think that Delta squad would have been better for that mission.
Would’ve been cool to see delta and omega squads sent to the citadel on a joint mission
Answer: Delta Squad was way too OP for this mission. It would be too easy
"This of course is just a theory and the republic could have just been idiots." lol
My twitch is CyborgEGreen01
Sev has the coolest armor.
Me when r2 d2 droids died: 😰
Would've been a walk in the park for them.
If they had sent commandos Even Peel might've actually survived
Love this theory i completely agree with it
If I recall correctly the Delta team were only sent on the most hopeless missions as well as that the were always deployed behind enemy lines directly or being the only team directly engaged with hostiles.
"Delta Squad forming up"
*Republic Commander*-"Alright Gentlemen we have a problem, master Even the House-Elf and General Tarkin have gotten themselves captured by a small confederacy fleet and are now being held in the Citadel a not-so-top-secret confederacy prison that is designed specifically for a three episode story-arc of a T.V show."
*Republic Officer*-"Why is this a bad thing?"
*Republic Commander*-"Well aside from the obvious you idiot, both Tarkin and Even carry vital information about space lanes that will play absolutely no part in the war aside from them being mentioned as "important" in this story-arc"
*Republic Officer*-"Sir if they play no part in the seris than why are we so worried about them?"
*Republic Commander*-"Shut-up"
*Republic Officer*-"Okay...even if we were to do something about this, then what exactly do we plan on doing hm?"
*Republic Commander*-"I'm glad you asked officer smart-ass, in fact I plan on using the most elite group in the Reublic Military to break into the Citadel and recover the V.I.Ps"
*Republic Officer*-"Soooo...the A-Team"
*Republic Commander*-"No"
*Republic Officer*-"Communist Russians"
*Republic Commander*-"No"
*Republic Officer*-"Well I'm out of ideas"
*Republic Commander*-"You make me sad"
*Republic Officer*-"Thats what my parents said"
*Republic Commander*-"OK MOVING ON...I plan on using these elite troops to sneak into the Citadel and recover both people which in turn recovers both parts of the information"
*Republic Officer*-"Lovely how convenient that both of them only know half...did they just look at the info and say "Oh wow if under some unlikely senario we get captured let's take the time to both memorize only half and pray to God we can remember our respective part of the info"
*Republic Commander*-"It no longer matters what they did you idiot, what matters now is getting it back!....hrm...okay what I plan on doing is getting delta Squad for this miss..."
*Republic Officer*-"No longer possible sir...Delta Squad is on Vacation at Scarif Beach"
*Republic Officer*-"What the fuck!!?"
*Republic Officer*-"Yea says right here on the morning news..."
*Republic Commander*-"What kind of news would stick out that kind of info?"
*Republic Officer*-"*Morning Would*"....😆👉"
*Republic Commander*-"Oh I fucking hate you so very much..."
*Republic Officer*-"Well I don't get paid enough"
*Republic Commander*-"You get paid 12 credits....THATS OVER MINIMUM WAGE!"
*Republic Officer*-"No....that's the ammount of cash you take of a dead sith trooper in the first segment of KOTOR..."
*Republic Commander*-"sigh....ok just get me a team of clones with incredibly ironic names along with a handful of main charactors so we can get this done"
*Republic Officer*-"Gladly Sir"
Queue season 3 Citadel-Arc....
Sidious wanted the Jedi to die. He knew they would all focus on saving Tarkin because the Jedi would have been able to at least hold his own.
THIS! THIS! THIS! Long ago I wrote this on a forum somewhere for a podcast called "Republic Forces Radio Network". They played up RCs so much for season 3, they could of had their own story arc!!
next video: Worst things that the rebels alliance has down
Sneeky Sniper, I haven't seen you in a while. Good idea may do something like this
been watching, no good ideas
The reason is the creators did not want to send them in so Rex, Codey, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ahsoka could have more screen time.
great vid man! RIP even piell
They sent in 4 ARC Troopers. Which were Advanced Recon Commandos and were specially trained members of the Republic Army. Granted the ARCs here weren't "real" ARCs like the Alpha Class and Nulls. But in universe and canon they were an elite squad.
"Delta team, you're clear to engage."
I am writing a fan short novel about SEC's MIA ending to the game. Sev was taken to the citadel, and the squad taking a wookie ship or a nemodenian shuttle whooping ass and eventually destroying the entire facility.
God we need a sequel to Republic Commando.
Simple: Ahsoka and Rex are main characters so they need to be in any episode they can
then even piell would live
I can't watch hear these details of their success without hearing "Misfire!? Misfire!!?? Who packed that charge!?"
We still don't know what happened to Sev when he got attacked while mounted on that gun 😔😢😭
Hi I have a idea why didn't the republic use the Nexus route to invade the separatist home world (capital)
Tarkin and Ahsoka probably never really decided on who to tell the info, all to Yoda or all to Palpatine
Sidious didn't want to have the Republic win the war fast.
Slend thanks for letting me know that
I always thought they could've sent Delta Squad to the Senate Building back in Season 1 of TCW, they could've rescued the hostages, and we could've seen a sweet battle between the bounty hunters and our boys from Delta!
What if there wasn't "A certain point of view?"
They were good, but they weren't really sabatours or infiltrators
julen310897 More like 1 Alpha-Class ARC Trooper. Those guys were trained from birth by Jango himself, Echo and Fives weren't.
(This is my scenario, hope you enjoy)
*The following is the true accounts of the infiltration of the Jedi prison "The Citadel" and the rescue of Jedi General Even Piell and Captain Wilhuff Tarkin.
We knew there was a chance the carbon freeze would fail, either killing us in the process or not hiding us from their sensors, but the risk to the Republic was to great for us to not try." -Boss
The ship was able to fly right through the blockade and landed on lower most platform of the facility.
He was already checking the perimeter before we fully came to."
Fixer used low grade, undetectable jamming devices to manipulate the security cameras abilities, freezing the image long enough for them to pass by.
With the Jedi wounded, he was a liability in combat, so now we were even more pressed for staying undetected."
Finding the cell that held the officers, the troops allowed Vos to take out the 2 Cammando droids guarding them.
Master Vos had his lightsaber ready when those Clankers started shootings."
In the shootout that followed, 3 clone officers were killed and Scorch was wounded.
Well, that helps things. Thanks.
Also they wouldn’t have tried a stealthy entrance they’d have flown right
I think the bad batch could do it
Except maybe they wouldn't be capable to extract Sev, and would be forced to leave him to die... AGAIN
I do not know about you but Omega squad is my favorite.
I loved em because they didn't execute Order 66
Out of omega who was your favorite? Mine was Fi.
I love how you respond to comments
dar was my fav
Ryan Cole That's what I'm talking about. Omega FTW
I would have taken any excuse for Delta Squad's appearances after their cameo, if there are any spare episodes in season 7 (which I doubt if they use both unfinished arcs of Utapau and The Bad Batch along with the all but confirmed Siege of Mandalore) I want to see a Delta Squad episode
recalling
Delta Squad was the squadron used in Star Wars: Republic Commando for the original XBOX game. I don't recall that you / your squad die at the end of the game but I do remember it left a cliffhanger that was never finished to make a sequel.
I think the Chancellor wanted to send more Jedi to the prison to test it's security to use it during the time of the empire
It was high cost and I can understand why they didn’t go with it
I hope we get some awesome canon delta squad stories that are on the level of awesome as their legends counterparts
You would need at least two Commando squads for a mission like this, yes Delta can handle themselves but separating a four man elite team is not a good idea, I personally wouldn’t send one squad, I’d send two, one for insertion and one for securing the perimeter.
Such a shame we didn't get an episode based on Delta squad.
"Your all going to die down here." -Red Queen
delta squad was making other missions with walon vau, omega squad and clan skirata.
The only casualties on the Republic's side are the many ARC-170 pilots that gave their live to protect the fleet.
if only there were force users who can keep people afloat when the clone fell from the mines
END

PPS: pls never stop making videos you are the BEST
pls like that geetslys can see
I know that the video is from 2017, before Season 7, which gave us a clue or something like that.
Its hilarious because each time I watch one of your videos sooner or later the same exact question pops up in Quora.
What if they sent the bad batch into the citadel?
