My goodness, don't you have it all! So glad to have found your videos. You're lovely, smart, easy to follow, great at teaching, which not everyone can do, and a great decorator. Like I say, you have it all.
Might I suggest something, since you are TEACHING us things, maybe the background music could be urned down. It's enjoyable, but distracting, in this type of a learning environment. Maybe just when you show photographs, the music is a nice touch. Just an idea and maybe I shouldn't have said anything. But this video, for example, I couldn't hear you because of the music. And I am interested in everything you have to say. But again, you are certainly "one to follow"! Best of luck in everything in the future!

I love the content you put up Gemma. But i do have one small request . I'd be happier listening to this with a lesser background music cause its hard to get what you're talking. Kudos to you. You are doing a great job

Make sure your voice is dominating.
I just came across this video and the advice is amazing! But I have to keep replaying certain parts as I cannot make out what you’re saying due to the music since it seems like it’s in the foreground, pushing your voice to the background :-(
Have you done a day in the life of what your daily work looks like. Would love to see a video like that. This video was awesome so helpful 👏🏻

Thank you so much Gemma. This is very useful information. I also just started this interior Design journey. Most of the time, i do feel like an imposter since I did not formally train to be an ID. I am glad to know it is not a unique feeling. You have given me a sense of direction of how to move foward. Please continue with videos like this, nothing is more educational than learning from real experience.

It is hard work but fun - I love that creative people are so passionate & share their insights 😀
I've just left my City financial career to enjoy a life of creativity, building on existing skills & experiences...taking a gap year to decide if it will focus on interior design/decorating, or specialist wall finishes and/or epoxy resin/counter makeovers etc...or abstract wall art I love. Passionate & great at lots of things, so decided to naturally practice all to decide but love variety!

Wow, i just took down all the key points of your videos. I'm a post graduate for interior design, I've been working apply for a job for the past 3 years and i think its time i just start my own thing.
I've been holding myself back for a while, my only challenge is that I don't have a laptop but i believe God will definitely make a way for me.

Hello .i love your videos and would like to know do you use a retainer agreements as well as im trying to understand is this your pricing for your service or is this the money the client pays to have home decorated? Hi Gemma, this video is really helpful! I have a question though, I really really want to start an interior design business, and I've been interested in it my whole life, but I get stressed quite easily, and some of the research I have done says that it is quite stressful sometimes.
