I'm probably wrong but I can't help but think that Chibnall's whole Timeless Child debacle was done simply to (a) show that the Doctors (all males) weren't all that special and (b) showed that the origin of the Time Lords came from a little girl.
Yup, it seems now that he's destroyed the canon and replaced it with his own terrible plot. He's going after all of moffet and RTD's loved original monsters, aliens, and stories. I can't believe he went after the angels smh. They were perfect, mysterious, and flat out freaky. Chibs was like "nope, lets add some cringe and destroy that" lol. @@THIZZAVELI I think Moffet dealt with the silence himself, they have vanished from canon. I loved them too, above the Daleks and Cybermen, but they were so utterly ruined by the end of Matt Smith's era and ultimately died with his incarnation.
@@jvblhc Not so sure about that, It makes all the doctors MORE special, too special - the universe should not revolve around the doctor. I guess the previous canon of doctors have become part of a new, bigger, more boring whole. In Chibnall's psychology "inclusion" or any didactic messaging is a kind of device that should be added to plots willy nilly without much thought, he probably was not that complex about it since he does not actually care. I think it was an old fan theory of his, from that scene in the Mind of Morbius, not that it is any better because of that fact.
I was okay with the first two episodes, though they were cluttered. They were interesting though. But then came the third episode, and once again, Chibs throws 17 different things against the wall trying to see what might stick. Endless dialog, endless exposition, more characters thrown into the mix as if we are supposed immediately love them like we used love Rose, Martha, Donna, Amy, Rory and so on. And there is so much going on, I have a hard time trying to understand what the flux is going on.
After this episode I feel that Series 13/Flux should've been the original 8 episode length because a lot of questions are still unanswered and if they're all answered in the next three episodes I feel it'll be rushed and very messy. I guess we'll just have to keep watching...
Yeah, the pregnancy is really weird. Assuming that 21,000 rotations is equal to days, as it often is in space sci-fi, that would mean that she has been pregnant for FIFTY SEVEN AND A HALF YEARS!
Someone should’ve told chibnall that setting up story lines doesnt require entire episodes dedicated to it. Means the top 3 and bottom 3 in this 6 episode series will be determined by whether a payoff is included
At this point the only reason I'm still watching Doctor Who is for Swarm and Azure. I find them to be a villainous breath of fresh air, though even they are not spared from Chibnall's shitty writing, they're something new and I'm not gonna lie - they have style; I really like the idea of Swarm replacing the Grand Serpant in Vinder's memories.
Swarm is pretty awesome, and I especially like his outfit. Azure just kind of seems like a simple "hey look I'm evil muahahaha" kind of villain if that makes sense, but maybe they'll give her some more character. She's not bad or anything, but I also wouldn't be upset if she wasn't there. Anyways, Swarm is pretty great, but I just hope that the writing doesn't make him lame by the end
The worst thing for me, is it really runs the angels in 1 scene. The fact the angel gets in the TARDIS. In Blink this is endgame. If this happened, all is lost. Whatever happens next the angels are just not going to be as effective in Blink. The Doctor will get out of this. This is a fact. But at this point. It is too close as now there is nothing that the angels can do to win as far as I am concerned. Even when they have thier objective they will fail.
@@grandempressvicky6387 no but it is so much worse. I honestly think it is worse then I predicted. Having the angels work as part division makes me hate the whole thing so much more. The angels are something that shouldn't really work within an organisation. It really ruins a huge amount of what they are.
It gets into the TARDIS because it’s inside Yaz’s phone. It’s not endgame because the Doctor is there and so can therefore fix it. In blink, the Doctor is trapped in the past and scavenger angels are hunting the TARDIS and there’s nothing the Doctor can do apart from guide a woman from the future to help him out. They are two completely different scenarios. Blink is endgame, but this isn’t as the Doctor is here to fix it
@@obiwankenobi687 But if an angel can get in the TARDIS and the doctor is still able to best it, then it means that angels really shouldn't be able to fail. Also the angel motivation made very little sense on the episode considering literally everything we have ever seen them do.
@@ZigZag-mw9ir why didn’t it make sense? It was rogue and on the run from weeping angels so it stole the tardis and then hid inside Claire. It lured the Doctor to the other angels as it knew that the extraction squad hunting it would take the Doctor over it any day. So it swapped the doctors life for itself, dooming the doc and saving itself. It was cunning, calculating, had a plan, carried out that plan and then ultimately succeeded. Why didn’t this make any sense?
The word I can use to describe the Flux is: RETCON. Looking forward to the Flux straight up decimating the Chibnall era of Doctor Who and the Timeless Child storyline mate.
@@Barely_Edited From a source that also called the Timeless Children reveal, so they are at least somewhat reliable. I won't go into detail here since I don't know what Harry's policy is regarding discussing leaked content in his comments, but ClownfishTV did a video covering it shortly before Episode 2 came out (10 days ago at time of writing, the vid in question is "Doctor Who Flux RETCONS Doctor Who to FATAL DEATH."), and... yeah, it's bad.
“What a mess” thanks for another honest and enlightening review, love how you make sure that none of chibnall’s plot holes fly under the radar 😅 based on the comments it seems like more people are seeing the flaws in this series which makes me feel a little better. Your reviews are seriously so much more entertaining than the actual series, thanks again for the laughs!!
I'm wondering if they are setting Bel and Vinder up as the Doctor's parents. Bel does say "I hope his face hasn't changed" at one point inferring maybe that he can regenerate. The episode IS a complete mess. Bel has just experienced her entire civilisation being wiped out and is running around the Universe laughing her tits off as if she's on a joyride. There's no emotion to her at all! Utter shite writing.
3 fucking episodes and nothing is really happening, just these crystal dudes like, trying to destroy the universe or something and we got a new companion... yeeeeeeyyy...
@@PlatinumAltaria reasons they refuse to explain? They made it pretty clear that these people have fought the doctor plenty of times before, even if she can't remember it. They're clearly out for revenge and trying to make her suffer for being imprisoned by the her since the beginning of the universe
@@mr.sentient7344 Do you see how you're being forced to make things up to fill in the gap: things that the episodes DO NOT SAY? The villains never do anything other than hurt the Doctor, which implies that their goals are solely revenge-oriented, but if that's the case why did the Doctor fight them the first time? Because she was told to? That's boring and undermines her, which is the problem with all of this Division stuff.
I'm gonna have to say yeah...this one really didn't do it for me. I was pretty disappointed after enjoying War of the Sontarans so much. Apparently this week's episode is much better according to previews so I'm hyped for that.
What would have made this episode work for me is making each person retain the memories of each other's backstories. Like, Yaz seeing Vinder get basically imprisoned by corrupt officials would've played significantly well with her character, especially as a police officer. The Doctor seeing Dan's past and hearing what happened to his fiancee could've made them feel less like strangers, and all of them remembering the Doctor's original battle with Swarm could've set up some amazing stuff going forward. Just that one little change could've made the entire episode so much better.
I really don’t understand how they wrote the doctor’s lines and story, and at no point realised how unlikeable they are making her. In every conversation she’s like a toddler having a tantrum when she doesn’t get her own way, and idk why yaz has stayed with her because every time they talk she just gets shat on and told to be quiet. Imagine any other companion being spoken to that way, they wouldn’t have it, but I guess yaz has no backbone as well as no backstory or personality
I'm really enjoying Flux so far, I just hope the next episode actually raises more answers than questions. We're 3 episodes in and we still have next to no idea what's going on
The mistake you're making is "Abram's Folly": assuming there will be answers to an endless parade of questions. There probably won't be, and if there are answers they'll be Timeless Children.
@@PlatinumAltaria I mean whether there will be answers or not it's still a problem. I think at worst there will still be a decent amount of answers, they'll just get wrapped up in a very rushed and clumsy Moffat-esque way. But who knows, Chibnall is incredibly inconsistent quality wise imo, could end up being amazing for all we know
@@WiloPolis03 Chibnall is the most consistent writer Doctor Who has ever bad. Unfortunately his writing is consistently bad. I would find it difficult to call any other writer post-2005 worse. Also he has a fetish for big villains with stuff stuck on their faces, don't know why.
@@WiloPolis03 No, it's quite bad; popularity is no indication of quality, and judging by how people who claim they like it talk about it, clearly they're watching a different show. The one that broadcasts on the BBC every Sunday doesn't have any of the things they praise it for: not characters, not plot, hell some people even claim this is a "serialised" series, which is a right laugh.
I honestly feel that I need to watch these reviews to understand what's going on in the show cause in the show I cant tell the difference between important dialogue and the bushtaka that normally comes out of the doctor's mouth
The Doctors have always spouted random gibberish at times, but they still have enough simple, easily comprehensible dialogue interwoven so that whatever's happening actually makes sense, and in turn it makes those moments of random dialogue humorous. In this episode however, it felt like ALL of the Doctor's dialogue was gibberish, which made it hard to understand what was going on
Dan just has very meaningful dialogue He gets kidnapped, he says "why haven't you killed me" then continue to trolls his captors to a point they wish they could kill him,he's the most entertaining companion so far Evil Dan memes are part of it too The visuals are messed up in this season though the side plot is boring af, the explanations of simple plot instead of the bigger plot is boring too
What I don't get is that in the original episode with the Weeping Angels (Blink), The Doctor said the the Weeping Angels could never access the Tardis. The 10th Doctor said, and I quote from the episode "My blue box, my time machine, has a world of time energy there. They could feast on it forever, but the damage they could do could switch off the sun" So, that doesn't bode well that one got on the Tardis so easily. It is also sloppy writing, like no one would remember to look at the history of the Weeping Angels
@@christianwise637 And now one has gotten in, and I bet it won't do damage equivalent to the sun being switched off. The angel will probably just take The Doctor (+ companions) somewhere they need to be for the sake of the plot.
@@gsam2021 given the TARDIS is seemingly sick right now could be a reason as to why the angel could so easily get in and won’t have the power 10 once feared
@@gsam2021 I'm not saying the way the Angel got into the TARDIS wasn't incredibly contrived (it is), nor am I saying that the consequences of the Angel getting in won't be minimal in the end (they probably will be). @@christianwise637 I never said it contradicted cannon, but perhaps I should have used the word "should" instead of "could", but I will stand by my assertion of lazy writing, especially after seeing ep. 4
I find it interesting that the two most amusing and interesting companions that traveled with the 13th Doctor in the Whittaker era - Bradley Walsh and John Bishop - are both entertainers, presenters, comedians AND ex-football players. Which is why some people like me really like them above the other Whittaker companions. Even in bad stories, they get to shine here and there.
11:20 I personally thought it was obvious, that she was supposed to have "done something" to him to make him talk. Why else would she kneel down next to him and tough him like that.
I think we might not have seen the purpose of the grand serpent scenes yet... he pops up in the trailer in what looks like historical england so he might have some more relevance yet
How does a weeping angel know how to fly a TARDIS? They don't seem like the sort of species that would be able to take driver training. Though perhaps we might get an angel companion in the future? Probably have more depth than Yaz.
vinders 21,000 rotations probably took place near a planet where time runs faster, so one rotation might be like 5 minutes, so he may have only been there for like 3-4 months
I don’t think I like flux that much. It is a good show so far but it doesn’t feel like doctor who. It’s like they are trying to make it something completely different than what it is, not like the difference between the classic series and the revival where it kept the same base but changed it up just enough to keep it interesting, but a complete change in style and tone from the other seasons. It almost feels like they are trying to change it to something more similar to main stream stuff and, in the process losing what made it special in the first place.
Because the previous seasons were so disappointing, I did not and will not watch Flux, just your reviews. At this point, I have no idea what is going on. The fact that I still find your videos enjoyable despite being lost really shows the quality of your script and editing
It was fine but it was all over the place. If they trimmed a few of the flashbacks or combined them into less individual scenes it would’ve been better I think
@@PlatinumAltaria The Angels take Manhattan is a great episode in my opinion. Stand out of series 7 though the stakes weren’t nessisarily high on that achievement…
@@AlmightyBruce I mean... series 7 doesn't give much competition. But no, it's quite bad. Angel of Liberty really seals its fate. No amount of companion killing can bring back the seriousness after that.
Having seen the leaks, this episode (and how it seems to be lining up with them) fills me with dread for the show's future. If they turn out to be accurate, I doubt even Russell T Davies returning will be able to salvage the show without effectively retconning out the Chibnall era.
Personally, I believe the 13th doctor will regenerate into the Jo Martin Doctor. Soon after her regeneration The Division wipes her mind of her retirement years (incarnations 1 to 13), so she only remembers her time working for The Division. She then later escapes, with Fugitive of the Judoon occurring after. This explains why 13 and the Fugitive Doctor don’t recognise each other. I’m guessing the 13th Doctors final episode will be a timey wimey multi Doctor story where we will see 13 regenerate early on in the episode, featuring Jo and Jodie (before her regeneration).
"There is no planet called time!" Why can't there be? There's a planet called midnight, one called Barcelona, saturn, the roman name of chronos, a god of time, so why can't there be a planet called time?
The doctor is such a unlikable character in this series she dosent care about her companions Yaz is just there I ask the question why is she here again Dan is the new Graham Ruth Doctor shouldn't be a thing And this episode was a waste of my time
people reliving their past in a corruption of the "time Force2, and Doctor nasty moving through it to bring them back? Sounds a bit like people reliving their past in a corruption of The Speed Force and The Flash moving through it to try to bring them back. but to be fair, at least the MCU did nick the Doctors Regeneration Super Power of his body being able to emit yellow/orange unspecified energy force, for Captain Marvel. So what goes around comes around.
Why is the CGI so bad in Doctor Who tho? When Tennant was flying down the lift or whatever in the library two-parter it looked so much better than this hahahah
Not going to lie, you and Harbo used to speak on how there’s very little altercation between companions and Doctor. But now there are disagreements there are problems😂? I’m not having a go I just think it’s interesting. I think it’s clear Chibby’s era is just not a nice era for Doctor who fans
I found it a struggle to actually finished watching this episode since I found rather boring and only finished it when I saw this review was going up. Ill probably finish out Flux purely because Ive seen everything else and want to try the next Doctor but nothing about Flux makes me want to keep going. All it really does it make it extremely clear to me that this is the most unlikable I have ever found the Doctor, more than any other incarnation they seem like a frustrating person to me and someone who actively forgets or has contempt for the presence of the people she allows to be with her on these adventures.
After the great episode 2 and the certainly-better-than-normal episode 1, I found this episode to be a long, boring disjointed mess that wasn't interesting. Stuff I wanted to hear more about wasn't elaborated on, and stuff that was obvious to me was given loads of explanation! Do you know how hard it is to make an episode of Doctor Who boring? However, some good points. Dan was good, as always. It was nice to see The Fugitive Doctor again, as well as seeing The Doctor as a cop (As her personality THERE felt more unique and Doctor-y than the usual "Smith-lite" stuff she's been given). It was great seeing The Caddy, even if he had a nothing role. I think that's it, though honestly.
"What is your mission?" "Love" "That is not a mission that is an abstract concept" ....I'm with the Cyberman, love is not a mission. it is a motivation. The script is just being overly poetic and vague like it always is this season and it means nothing and just wastes time.

@Mr. Yoga good point I just hope it'll all be worth the wait for these answers
Most questions get answered by exposition, so they can cram as many answers in as the Doctor can draw breath. 3 episodes is plenty.
Yeah, the pregnancy is really weird. Assuming that 21,000 rotations is equal to days, as it often is in space sci-fi, that would mean that she has been pregnant for FIFTY SEVEN AND A HALF YEARS!
I thought Evil Dan was strictly a Tardisposting meme but guess not, any chance of Scongo appearing next episode
Scongo reference outside Tardisposting let's goooooo
Jodie Whittaker in a Police uniform was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in Doctor Who.
Yeah Swarm's a hoot. Azure is kind of whatever to me but she's inoffensive otherwise.
I’m never not going to hear the plate noise now
Harry's Moving Castle: watching Chibnal's doctor so we don't have to.
Harry knows about evil dan
Also that part with the angel in the game brought back repressed memory’s of time of the angels
I hadn’t a fucking clue the entire episodes
The worst thing for me, is it really runs the angels in 1 scene. The fact the angel gets in the TARDIS. In Blink this is endgame. If this happened, all is lost. Whatever happens next the angels are just not going to be as effective in Blink. The Doctor will get out of this. This is a fact. But at this point. It is too close as now there is nothing that the angels can do to win as far as I am concerned. Even when they have thier objective they will fail.
And you were very wrong.
I hope thats whats gonna happen (somehow) but I doubt it.
If the leaks are as accurate as they seem to be so far, then believe me when I say it's only going to get worse.
@@thegrouchization ooh, leaks?
I don't like how the doctor is okay with having companions gearing up like soliders, it feels conflicting from the past of the doctor imho
3 fucking episodes and nothing is really happening, just these crystal dudes like, trying to destroy the universe or something and we got a new companion... yeeeeeeyyy...
No no, they already basically destroyed the universe. Now they're just toying with the Doctor for reasons they refuse to explain.
That's boring and undermines her, which is the problem with all of this Division stuff.
the probation officer from misfits was all i thought too and the characters attitude didn't help 😂
Evil Dan: *"What's the point of being alive?"*
I'm gonna have to say yeah...this one really didn't do it for me. I was pretty disappointed after enjoying War of the Sontarans so much. Apparently this week's episode is much better according to previews so I'm hyped for that.
"nobody needs soup more than me"
What would have made this episode work for me is making each person retain the memories of each other's backstories.
Imagine any other companion being spoken to that way, they wouldn’t have it, but I guess yaz has no backbone as well as no backstory or personality
that’s where the serpent guy was from!. there was so many things left unanswered in flux. i hope we find out her past and everything else
@@PlatinumAltaria Flux has been pretty well received by the fanbase so far tho, the IMDb scores are a lot higher for these episodes
I have a theory that the old women that Jodie speaks to is the white guardian from the Tom Baker episodes
Why does Dan in the thumbnail remind me of Arthur morgan when he says “I’m afraid”
In this episode however, it felt like ALL of the Doctor's dialogue was gibberish, which made it hard to understand what was going on
Dan just has very meaningful dialogue
He gets kidnapped, he says "why haven't you killed me" then continue to trolls his captors to a point they wish they could kill him,he's the most entertaining companion so far
Evil Dan memes are part of it too
The visuals are messed up in this season though the side plot is boring af, the explanations of simple plot instead of the bigger plot is boring too
What I don't get is that in the original episode with the Weeping Angels (Blink), The Doctor said the the Weeping Angels could never access the Tardis. The 10th Doctor said, and I quote from the episode
"My blue box, my time machine, has a world of time energy there. They could feast on it forever, but the damage they could do could switch off the sun" So, that doesn't bode well that one got on the Tardis so easily. It is also sloppy writing, like no one would remember to look at the history of the Weeping Angels
That quote doesn't say that the Angels couldn't get into the TARDIS, it says that they *shouldn't* , or more accurately *mustn't* get in
@@christianwise637 And now one has gotten in, and I bet it won't do damage equivalent to the sun being switched off.
I was merely refuting Scott's assertion that the Angel getting into the TARDIS at all was some kind of contradiction to canon
@@christianwise637 I never said it contradicted cannon, but perhaps I should have used the word "should" instead of "could", but I will stand by my assertion of lazy writing, especially after seeing ep. 4
I want to remind everyone still watching Dr. -Who- that they've revealed the time lords were once civilians that wore cargo shorts.
One good thing about this episode
We are half way through
Only 3 left
Yes! Always look on the bright side of life!
the evil dan references are amazing
love evil Dan... He's good at this.
I think we might not have seen the purpose of the grand serpent scenes yet... he pops up in the trailer in what looks like historical england so he might have some more relevance yet
oh god oh no. 7 billion cybermen and 7 billion ships to save the humans? uh oh
How does a weeping angel know how to fly a TARDIS? They don't seem like the sort of species that would be able to take driver training. Though perhaps we might get an angel companion in the future? Probably have more depth than Yaz.
If the weeping angel can somehow fly a TARDIS than we can get one driving a bus
The Ruth Doctor should have been between the 2nd and 3rd Doctors
Laziest era of Doctor Who ever! It's like a child's written it.
I’m pretty sure the doctor having those really quick thoughts was established in Heaven Sent when he jumps out of the window for the first time
it only took 2 seasons but chibnal might end up with one season that has a decent part of it be interesting
vinders 21,000 rotations probably took place near a planet where time runs faster, so one rotation might be like 5 minutes, so he may have only been there for like 3-4 months
100% sure that Bel is The Doctor. Will screenshot for when it’s revealed.
“No one calls them video games”
What do people call them then? Thunder sports?
"Only encounter of the future in the time storm" did you just forget about Dan in the Tunnels just a little bit before?
It's not an advertisement, it's meta commentary, that's the whole point of the Angels - oh never mind
I actually quite enjoyed this episode
Because the previous seasons were so disappointing, I did not and will not watch Flux, just your reviews. At this point, I have no idea what is going on. The fact that I still find your videos enjoyable despite being lost really shows the quality of your script and editing
It was fine but it was all over the place. If they trimmed a few of the flashbacks or combined them into less individual scenes it would’ve been better I think
Here’s hoping that the weeping angels story is scary and decent, but I have doubts…
Moffat only got two good stories out of them before misstepping, Chibnall doesn't stand a chance. Except quick cuts, jump scares, and no stakes.
They've already violated cannon set in Blink by having a WA access the Tardis, so my bar is pretty low.
When you advertised vpn, at first I heard "Atmos VPN", holy crap.
Time and space are at war with each other
Pokemon fans: Hey, I've seen this one before
Remember whenHarry said he wasn’t going to review more 13 doctor episodes? Me too
Need his sponsorship money
I thought she said the watcher in the barn which was who Billie Piper played in Day of the Doctor.
really great video Harry. I really enjoyed this 👍
Having seen the leaks, this episode (and how it seems to be lining up with them) fills me with dread for the show's future.
My theory is still that all of this will end with 13 waking up from a coma after falling through the roof of a train years ago...
No, cause after she regenerates RTD will be show runner and he will want no part of this nonsense. (if he is smart)
"There is no planet called time!" Why can't there be? There's a planet called midnight, one called Barcelona, saturn, the roman name of chronos, a god of time, so why can't there be a planet called time?
The doctor is such a unlikable character in this series she dosent care about her companions
Yaz is just there I ask the question why is she here again
Dan is the new Graham
Ruth Doctor shouldn't be a thing
And this episode was a waste of my time
Great review as always. Do you still give a score at the end of vid?
He's is going to do that at the end of season because it's in parts so it's easyer to do it that way
I love how vinder has more story than Yaz ahaha
If he played it the social worker from Misfits that would have been hilarious.
gosh must be exhausting to view the world through your lens, just sucking life and joy out of everything, good luck mate.
If Harry was some kind of monster who fed on joy he'd have starved to death watching this show.
I’m so loving the fact that everyone is now waking up to how s**t Dr Who actually is !!!
This episode made the Moffat era use of iconic monsters look genius.
To be fair Chibnall used the Daleks, Cybermen and sontarans a lot better than Moffat ever did. And he did the weeping angels quite well as well
11:23 ngl I thought the Cyberman said “fuck’s event” at first. Then I remembered the series name
Saint Lukes aka "The Bombed Out Church" :P
This episode was ok but could have been ALOT better.
I really don't like how edgy the crystal people are. When Swarm turned around and said "reign in hell" I cringed out of my skin.
people reliving their past in a corruption of the "time Force2, and Doctor nasty moving through it to bring them back?
Sounds a bit like people reliving their past in a corruption of The Speed Force and The Flash moving through it to try to bring them back.
but to be fair, at least the MCU did nick the Doctors Regeneration Super Power of his body being able to emit yellow/orange unspecified energy force, for Captain Marvel.
So what goes around comes around.
What are you talking about they did have the swarm as the serpent? Oh you don't know yet right
Why is the CGI so bad in Doctor Who tho? When Tennant was flying down the lift or whatever in the library two-parter it looked so much better than this hahahah
They are going to be proto time lords
So basically Dialga and Palkia are fighting again?
Lol that apology to Jay
Does Chibnall want the show to end?
Not going to lie, you and Harbo used to speak on how there’s very little altercation between companions and Doctor. But now there are disagreements there are problems😂? I’m not having a go I just think it’s interesting. I think it’s clear Chibby’s era is just not a nice era for Doctor who fans
You ever gonna give classic who this treatment?
I found it a struggle to actually finished watching this episode since I found rather boring and only finished it when I saw this review was going up. Ill probably finish out Flux purely because Ive seen everything else and want to try the next Doctor but nothing about Flux makes me want to keep going. All it really does it make it extremely clear to me that this is the most unlikable I have ever found the Doctor, more than any other incarnation they seem like a frustrating person to me and someone who actively forgets or has contempt for the presence of the people she allows to be with her on these adventures.
the evil dan meme live on
After the great episode 2 and the certainly-better-than-normal episode 1, I found this episode to be a long, boring disjointed mess that wasn't interesting.
"What is your mission?"
"Love"
"That is not a mission that is an abstract concept"
....I'm with the Cyberman, love is not a mission. it is a motivation. The script is just being overly poetic and vague like it always is this season and it means nothing and just wastes time.
Why the hell would you want accurate gun fire? No show or film has accurate gun fire, otherwise all the characters would be dead within minutes!
