Over the last about 6 years or so, in my 50's, my Rx has done the following. Left eye: -4.25 to 2.50. Right eye: -3.75 to 1.75. Is that common? Thosee changes are despite advancement of minor eye issues that come with an aging person with a connective tissue disease. I've made a zillion changes, including all the stuff you mentioned, but I attribute the biggest improvements to my mostly animal-based whole foods diet free of seed and vegetable oils, sunshine, getting better sleep, and practicing uncorrected vision. My grandmother's retina detached, and my Mom's started moons ago, but she also made diet (but not other) changes and her retina/eyes have not worsened, despite autoimmune diesease, connective tissue disease, and diabetes.

Thank you so much for this presentation supported by research findings and data in an easily understandable manner. You encourage me to add more whole foods and keep up my exercise routine!

What an amazing video! It has all the information I needed. The chapter breakdown in the video makes it easy to navigate.
Can you talk about the Epiretinal Membranes, is it part of the macular degeneration? What is the cause, treatment and cure? Appreciate it🙏🏻

Great content! I watch this type of stuff all the time but you break in down nicely. First video I can share with friends and family who are not into this type of thing where they can understand all these health issues! Thank you

Excellent. Thank you. It is a big presentation to sit through. If I could suggest, maybe half as long with the topics split up into separate videos for diet, exercise and sleep. Even more study data would be welcome.

Your videos are very informative, up-to-date and useful, also because you explain complex concepts in a very comprehensible way. You are an excellent pedagog. And I agree with what you say about knowledge at the end of your video: knowledge is power only if you know when and how to apply it in real life situations.
Thank you for making these high quality presentations that will without doubt contribute in increasing global awareness and well-being.
