      @ out of high school I went and did masonry for 5-6 years, layed block and finished concrete on tons of schools and other commercial buildings. Then I did sewer and water work as a heavy equipment operator where we built and maintained sewer and water systems. Got sick of living on the road so I went to work for Case ih for 6 1/2 years where I built and tested the big Case Patriot Sprayers and Floater trucks along with small runs of cotton pickers. For the last 7 years now I’ve been a sheet metal fabricator making all of the ductwork and other fittings that literally go in every home. That’s what I’ve done so far with my 42 years 👍

      Women made the men who created those things. Furthermore most modern men are not working dangerous jobs, that is a small sector of men that other men are taking credit for their work. Women don’t have to create more men which is evident by the falling birth rates.

    Some weird comments in here. This is a great and necessary conversation. Western culture is absolutely punishing masculinity and it’s going to continue to get darker and darker. We need to start lifting up young men the way we lift up young women. It’s brutal for young men out here today.

    I see it. The question I've been thinking of, is how do we turn things around and learn to like each other again? There's so much anger between men and women. How do we come together and drop our defenses and love each other again? We need each other, obviously. Men need our love and support, and compassion. Women need to feel safe and secure, and protected. How do we get there as a country?

I also want him to feel empowered in his masculinity and his ability to provide and protect other in his life. The men I admire most are the ones who stick up for other people and prevent violence through their own strength, not the ones enacting it. I'm a female and I believe males and masculinity are being attacked big time. Also double standards. Females often get lighter sentences than males to, from everything from pedo stuff to drugs charges (I studied cj and worked in community corrections so I'm not just saying what ive observed just to make an attack on females). It is more acceptable, or rather less ramifications and outcasting, for a female superior to have relations than a male superior to do the same (he's shamed and called a pred)

What is a head scratcher to me is how people treat the terms "White" and "Black" as if the word in of itself stood for some credible precise autonomous truth, like gravity, photosynthesis, earwax, erosion, etc. The continent of Africa is so immense. How about Egypt or Morroco? Are those people considered "Black" or "African"? And the other countries in Africa that fit the more traditional understanding of the word; who validates the percentrage of DNA as being "in"? Is there an institute of racial validation I don't know about? Same point with the term "White". Do social engineers aka NWO hold sway with these types of tools? I am 2nd generation Italian American on my mother's side and 3rd generation on my dad's. I have a bit of Spaniard too. My mom's side have Romanian ancestors but migrated to Italy when the Turks invaded Romania, so what should I claim? By blood my surname is Lopez although legally it is a "White" name. Dead beat dads are amongst us. What about the dead beat moms that get gifted another life but do not know how to raise a child due to their own selfish wants? That child suffers. I feel men/fathers are getting screwed because the woman that made the child (with your help) are not always keen on the bigger picture I.e child. Instead, they are left with a beneficiary card, child support, and no real life skills that can propel them to better themselves which in turn benefits the child making the financial support from the father well worth it.

I have heard for a lot of women that they prefer to work for a man than a woman. And I can see why. What’s amazing is that men like you think that any woman in an upper job who’s ahead of you is there because she didn’t deserve it. Maybe you just are horrible at what you do and that’s why everybody else is ahead of you.

    • @JayM928
      @JayM928 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@CindymeCindy The problem isn't women (or men). The problem is the foot on the scale trying to change natural outcomes.
      I'm a senior level engineer. My childhood friend is also a high level mgmt engineer in a major automotive company. I won't name the company or division he leads because you'd be able to google him. However, he's expressed a huge problem with hiring women in this company. Why? Because this very progressive company put in quotas for hiring female engineers. So what, right? Well, they can never fill the quotas. So, when a female applies for a job in their group, if she has a pulse and an engineering degree, they hire her and hope for the best.
      No big deal. Maybe she'll do OK. Well, the problem goes deeper. The executive level above him also has quotas. So, IF they hire a female and IF she's not a total slug (and unfortunately many/most are--male or female), then the execs poach the halfway competent females from their group. This means the ONLY females he has are the ones that didn't even meet the paltry rqmts of the higher up org. So basically the only female engineers they can hire and keep are the most incompetent ones.
      This is obviously a terrible practice, but think about what other effects it has. How do you think all the male coworkers will assess female engineers they work with? They don't know about the quota problem. They just know that every female they work with are dummies and can't really keep up. Is it the women's fault that they were put in positions beyond their level of competence? Not at all. Is it the men's fault for noticing a discrepancy?
      Engineers that actually have to make things work can tell pretty quickly if you know what you're doing in your field. I've worked with a lot of very sharp women. Some of whom made me feel like the dummy in the room. I've also encountered a ton of men that don't know what they are doing. But overwhelmingly, more and more females are put in charge of things, and you can tell immediately, they were promoted well beyond their capability. Again, it's not because they are women. I can tell when a guy shouldn't have the position he has. The difference is, nowadays, in a world of quotas, it's easy to chalk up that discrepancy to that sort of thing. It's possible, as tends to be the case, that she was just the least incompetent person in the hiring pool.
      I served in the military as well. I have had incredible respect for my female counterparts. Heck, some of them could completely run circles around me. One of the best commanders I've ever had was a women. Unfortunately, most of the worst superiors I've ever had the displeasure of working for were also women. In this case, it had little to do with intelligence or strength. It's something more intangible. Some social differences. Like how two male friends can go 6 months without saying a word to each other and think nothing of it the next time they meet, whereas most women would have 100 questions about if they are still friends, etc.
      How those differences manifest in leadership are often negative. Not always. Sometimes it can be superior, but very rarely in my experience.
