Hiking, it’s the only physical activity that I don’t care if it rains, hails, sleets, as long as it’s not lightening I am going to make summit and get back down in a day. I’ll hike until I can feel nerves sparking in my legs, or see stars in high altitude, the feeling is unparalleled. I love it so much my Husband proposed to me on my first 14er, I wish I could find that same drive in a gym!

I'm sleeping too late..... I need to find my motivation again. Thanks for the tip of projecting into future feelings to connect with my "why".

I know you will find the right pacing soon! You just really need to come up with a clear goal and just keep going! Thank you so much!

I struggle with energy and motivation, it's a constant battle with no thyroid and meds being up and down, but I have managed to get some extra time by simply setting my alarm clock 5 to 10 minutes earlier every 2 day's to get that extra time for the gym

I love training Brazilian jiu-jitsu! It's a test of Bravery, a battle in a controlled environment. It's a full body workout, and I'm completely addicted to all the benefits it has to offer. From self-defense, to the most complete workout. Any one can train from 5 years olds to 100 years old. It keeps your bones strong and keeps your body flexible and your mind Sharp.

My struggle is, attempting fasted cardio. Tomorrow, Feb 1st..doing it, going to shoot for 3-4 days of fasted cardio! Going to gym, not a problem, I usually go after work 4-5 times a week. But fasted cardio has been suggested to me and have never given it a go. Thanks for the video, great channel.

It's tough for me too. What helps sometimes is a cup of coffee, sip on water, bcaas powder, or a drink of water and apple cider vinegar. Hope that helps!

It's better if you do it the minute you get up so you're not too hungry. I literally have to get on the stair mill immediately after a cup of coffee within 15 mins of waking up

@@TheSculptedVegan Thank you for the tip. Yes, I have my BCAA's ready to go in the fridge and out the door to my home gym within building.
