      I step for 45 mins at the minute but that could increase by 5 mins per week if I need to drop more fat

    Your trainer is going to tear your quad tendon..on the leg extensions your butt needs to be on the seat at all times the way you curl the weight your butt keeps coming off the seat...remember to get true contraction and tension to the quads is proper form...your trainer needs to pay attention to that so you won't get injured

      Thanks for the solid advice Jarvis buddy. Il remember that for again. Proper form is grand but loosening it is also ok in order to grind out them last reps. Il stick to wat I am doing if it's all the same as it seems to b working but cheers for ur expert opinion on leg training

      I eat the same things for lunch and dinner when on prep, which is seitan and vegetables.

    Do you have any recommendations for bad knees? I wouldn’t be able to put pressure like that on them.

      Try to find exercises that don't involve your knees! You just need to be creative.

    How do you get your heart rate up enough when walking your dog? I try with mine, but they stop to sniff, pee, and poo too much!

      Haha, mine doesn't walk on a lead so I just keep walking and he runs, sniffs, pees and catches up.
