This really helped me to refocus my weight loss journey as I’ve been on this journey for just over a year has had started to get tired and inpatient. I need to hear this today
New subscriber here. Thank you for putting things so simply. Weight loss has been my giant, I will begin at least focusing on getting 180g of protein, being patient, and getting proper rest. I am over 40, well 47 and experiencing hormonal imbalance, which I just started Wild Yam Cream for. My goal is to get under the 200s this year, I am 240 consistently stuck here, working out daily weights and steady state cardio, eating 1500 to 1700 calories a day, but tracking on my fitness pal only been working on getting over 100gs of protein.

I’m 53 and have been told not to do cardio as this raises my cortisol levels at this phase in my life. Is this true? Should I only be doing resistance training only? I have belly fat I NEED to lose. Hey..I’m from Louisiana! In Texas now. I’m raising my grandchildren so I need to get healthy❤

Excessive cardio or excessive exercise as a whole will raise your cortisol levels. I do 80% resistance training and 20% cardio.
