    Nice to see you Abbey. Great video as always. Those muffins look amazing. I canned a lot of sweet potato's and have been using it to replace pumpkin puree. Just love it. I often make a similar kale salad and add goat cheese and dried cranberry. Shame we used to use kale just to decorate deli counters.. Chili looks great. Agree on a chilly day some spice will warm you up Just a comfort food forsure. Cheers

    I love all these recipes! We fix a similar Kale salad and homemade chili. (I’ll have to make some chili next week now 😉- We just got finished with our homemade tortilla soup.) I will have to give your muffins a try. Thank you for sharing. Your videos are not only informative but your presentation and delivery is very peaceful.

    Love the salad!!!! Will be making that !!! The muffins looked delicious too !! My kids will like those w chocolate chips of course!!
    Whenever I make chili …. I try to make more so I can have leftovers in the freezer too !!!

      @@abbeyverigin Update: I had some butternut squash to use up so I roasted it and made the pumpkin muffins with it. They were a huge hit with the family!

      I just use one from the bulk section of our health food store so not sure of the brand

    How much honey or maple syrup do you replace the sugar? Thanks for doing gluten free! My daughter has to eat gf and gets bored with same old stuff. I just found your channel and love it!

    Love the video as usual. Is it safe to pressure can the chili? I would love to have chili ready to go, sure it would taste better than store bought. Thank you so much!! Angela

      Hi Angela! That depends on what you’re comfortable with, all the ingredients are safe for canning but it’s obviously not a tested recipe. If you were to pressure can you’d want to do 90 mins for quarts and 75 for pints following guidelines for meat. There are tested recipes for chili so maybe compare them side by side, I’d think this would be thicker so maybe you’d want to thin it with some broth

    I would love to make my grandsons the pumpkin muffins but they are both on a gluten free/dairy free diet. Would it work to just leave out the yogurt?

      I wouldn’t leave it out but it would probably work with a dairy free yogurt instead

    Can you use all purpose flour instead.

      I often do adapt recipes using all purpose flour and substitute in oat flour so I think you could. I’d start at 1 3/4 cup and see how the batter looks
