I believe so.
A right-handed guitar strung for a righty but played upside down. My brain is melting at the chord shapes required.
Never knew until now that he played a right-handed guitar upside-down.
I though it was an actual conventional left handed guitar he was using, in the music video with the band.

Not sure if the OP understands the brilliance of Kris' guitar playing. He is playing a guitar stringed for a rightie, but playing it with the same strings as a leftie. All the chords will be different. Legendary.
