I'm one of that person! Always loved the harry potter movies but never got to read the books but now I am enjoying it a lot. This ilustrations bridge the gap absolutely!
These books look gorgeous, much more than I was expecting from them. Only trouble is that they are so amazing that the illustrations would probably end up distracting me from the book.
I'm quite interested in getting these illustrated books. Is there any difference between this one and the US version besides the covers? I know the original books had some slight text differences, but not sure if the same applies to the illustrated editions. Which one would be the best version to get in your opinion? Or does it not matter that much?
@@FoolishFishBooks Thanks for the info! I went and ordered the UK edition. The US edition was actually more expensive here, and it would take 2 weeks to arrive too. I'll hopefully be able to get the 2nd and 3rd book as well soon.
These editions were made for those of us who grew up in the world of Harry Potter to read to our kids at bedtime.

Yes, book 4 is out already (October 2019). They're coming out at a rate of one per 2 years.

Completely agree. There's a limited slipcase edition available too, but the price is prohibitive. These look so nice just as they are, though...
