Without a doubt, the best method for a italian pizza dough! I use it since my ealry twenties...i'm 39 now and still doing the autolyse. A high amount of water is important! 600ml water to 1kg of flour Type 00. I let the dough rest for 3 days until i use it. The flavour is insane and the crust OMG!

Good afternoon Bruno, as always your cooking/baking is superb without a doubt. These are the best looking pizzas I have ever seen and the toppings are great. Not a great fan of the desert pizza yet I am sure they taste wonderful. What is your favourite drink to enjoy with the pizza?, Wine, Beer or a fruit juice. That would be interesting to know. I actually have KA Stand Mixers & I mostly use the Pro model for doughs but I’ve made bread doughs before I had my first Stand Mixer.
I’ll do both methods of making doughs!

A Blitz torte, it’s easy to make, use any kind of vanilla or almond flavored yellow cake, divide the batter in 2 pre greased cake pans, then make a meringue and top it on your cake batter sprinkle some slices almond. After once your cakes are cooled spread on 1 cake whipped cream or a cream of your choice sprinkle some fruit of your choice then take the second cake and place it on the first one with the fruit and cream, on the top sprinkle some confectioners sugar and few fruits on the top if you want, it’s a nice cake I used to make it all summer long at work, people love it…hope this will be helpful

Hello there Bruno! I just wanted to say how great your videos are. A Tartiflette pizza!!! I just wanted to comment, how when I'm looking for your recipe, when it takes me to your website, there's no real efficient way to FIND the exact recipe. There's no search bar, etc. At least, one that I was not aware of? It seems hard to find the recipes. I'm not complaining, I just thought you might want to know that or put one in. Sorry, i don't like to give unsolicited advice I know you had asked in a previous video for ocomments on how to make the user experience more friendly. Or maybe posting the recipe right in description or linking it directly to URL for each video. Other than that, you inspire me to get a pizza oven!
