Great vid..video... but they skipped over the whole reason I wanted to watch it. What do you do about prepainted finishes when you cut them? Another vid talked about the primed pieces on how you have re-prime your cut edge. How does that work for your prepainted siding panels?
I'm trying to work out how much more we'd be paying for one of the deluxe paint treatments - such as Mahogany - than the less expensive treatment. Any information you can give me would be helpful.
At 2:45 he says 50 year warranty, I’d like to see the results of a claim initiated at year 49 - even year 29. Good luck! Hate to be cynical , But let’s be honest. Installation error will be the decision of the claim - and good luck appealing. Buyer beware.
That siding is way ugly. I bet it falls apart after a few years, like the vinyl siding my husband's dad had installed. I'm saving up for tongue & groove clear cedar.
