    This is a great workout. Loved the incorporation of some light weights and push ups. And how fun were those cannonballs?! I'm a woman and not at all offended by the instructor's use of the word "gentleman". Perhaps he teaches classes attended by mostly (or all) men. Who cares. Try not to get so easily offended. Life is much nicer if we choose to NOT get offended easily. Thumbs up! Great class!

    What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions th-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

    This is one of my favorite rebounding workouts! Awesome narration, no cringey remix pop music. And YES, please keep encouraging men to be strong and masculine and manly! We need more of that and it is so great that this was created for men. I'm a lady and have a blast bouncing along with this too. Thanks! ❤💪

Best investment in a long time. Such a phenomenal product and company! Oh, and I forgot to mention that I loved the "pretend you're a superhero" comment.     I'm a 80 kg guy. With the high pencil jumbs and the canonballs it slighty hit the floor. I'm on a premium bellicon (112 cm) with elastic bands with the blue (medium) clips. You think I need to upgrade to yellow... or maybe get some new blues, because these a 4 years old.

      Hi Jan, it could be that after 4 years, your bungees have stretched out a little bit and no longer offer the resistance required for this workout. However for your weight and the intensity of this workout, the strong bungees would be more ideal, assuming you have no health issues to take into consideration.

    Lots of complaints here from women about the workout supposedly being for men. I had to search pretty hard to find one for men. Almost all of the rebounder workouts I see here on youtube are for women. And I don't see men complaining about it. Just sayin'...

    Thanks for the workout! Is it normal that I wasn't remotely tired after it? I felt a mild burn in the legs and a broke a little sweat but needed another workout to feel the strain. Was I doing it wrong, is was it perhaps not advanced enough for amateur athletes? (I am by no means in great shape but I can ran marathons and swim 5K)

      Hi Alexander, good question! That's the beauty of the bellicon, the soreness is different because the body's lymphatic system is activated fully so toxins can quickly leave your body. The bungees buffer your movements too in a very soft way, that's why your muscles are so happy :)

      Unfortunately, we cannot say which shoes the trainer is wearing in this video. 😅 But if you want to train with shoes during intense workouts, we recommend choosing shoes with a soft sole. For less intense workouts, we recommend exercising barefoot or with non-slip socks. 👣 This way the foot muscles are also optimally trained.

    Terrible workout. He has nothing on Fayth Caruso. You can tell he doesn’t do this much. He seemed very awkward.

      The trainer is talking about gentlemen here because he called this workout "New Gents bellicon Routine". Presumably he wanted to get the men a little more excited about trampoline training. 😉
