I'm thinking of getting one just like yours I would very much like to see videos of your future work on this bike. Thanks, They really are awesome bikes.
I had 3 of these back in the '70s when I was in my teens. I had the CB360 with the pipes on both sides then I had two of the CB360T's with both pipes on one side, I loved those bikes, I would love to find another one, it's a small bike but a blast to ride. You can still get it on the freeway but just for short stretches, I would usually take the back roads with this. really fun bike.
I'm in the down hill run now. Can you send me a couple of pictures of the front forks, where the upper and lower brakes tree is attached, where the handle bar ground is grounded and the hook up of your starter solenoid and rectifier (combo) Need to see what you have hooked to the battery from your starter. One will be your hot to solenoid to battery. Besides the snap on to your harness, what else is hooked to your solenoid or directly from your battery? What is the second spot for on your solenoid? Help
great job so far. bought one as my first bike in 2011 needing some work. blew through the cam guide cuz chain got too loose. i recommend a few things. zdg 3.23 e ignition. 2 less adjustments to ever have to do again. TTR cam tensioner adjustment bolt, allows to to keep the cam chain tighttt as the springs that usually do it have worn out. i think this would have prevented my last top end issue. thermo tec adhesive on the bottom of gas tank to prevent vapor lock in the tank / new uncrusty gas cap Ricks Hotshot ROTOR (not stator) the rotor throws WAY more wattage for fat spark esp at low rpms and start Sirius consolidated new aftermarket modern front rotor, maybe drill it too, with organic pads, (and a making sure your caliper arm is actually floating) you can get way better stopping power than stock. Bikini fairing Ditch the crash bar It will rip through any zombie apocalypse traffic!
Just like the one I'm about to finish restoring. Would love to have a matched pair for the wife and I. If you want to sell it le me know. This is an older video but I'm a bit on short time so finding one to match that wife and I can ride while I can is importatnt.
We certainly love the bike, it was my grandfather's then my dad's so will be passed down to my son. It's time to get my butt in gear and get it back on the road!
Had one of these back in the early 80s, my future husband rode on the back and we had so much fun with it
Love them, it's currently sleeping in my sunporch on display out of the Cold garage

There will be many over this coming winter season, it's in my sun porch so I can work on it when the snow flies!
I have not seen a legitimate snowfall since about 2009! We don't get snow in Birmingham AL anymore!

Am I the only one that thinks this bike looks way better than the 2021 cb300?
