In this church, males under 14 years old are allowed to be with their mother. On their 14th birthday, they go to an all men's church group under a male Teacher. This church is made for females, not males, but I have to take into consideration that men will show up and there has to be something for them. Their group, it was decided, is going to be held on the other side of town away from the woman's church group. A woman is over women and a man over men. That is scriptural. As the head of this church, I cannot help but believe, that the men's church group is somehow going to end up being a Navigation Center rather than a worship or teaching service ! Because, this IS a woman's church, that a male leader can only have the title as 'Teacher' and not 'pastor' and he will not be allowed a seat on the Council, but he will be allowed to be heard by the Council. We have to start addressing the problem of no pastoring for women. They have the children and the spiritual condition of any nation rests on the women, not on the men !

I hope they do because the word of God has already banned women pastors. It's not supposed to be a thing in the church at all. It's a huge red flag you see any church with a woman addressing the entire congregation in sermon, run. Women can teach other women or children.
