For the landline punch press can I keep increasing the weight of it like we usually do when we get stronger on a bench press or do we have to stay on a fixed weight since it’s a punching movement and should be explosive

You can keep progressing. It all depends on your goal. If it’s power development, focus on light weight and speed. If it’s strength development, then feel free to bring the weight up but make sure technique doesn’t compensate.

For the Landmine row and snatch, I know the snatch is more of a full body exercise but would you say it works a certain muscle group primarily?

What is the name of the bar attachment. I have female athletes that find it hard to hold the grip during exercise.

bro really trying to bring others down to promote his own content. this workout probably doesn’t fit your goals but I bet it has functional improvements for those who seek athleticism and it’s landmine specific. personally I’d mix it up with some banded movements, explosive pushups and a kettleball, but don’t just say that a split press is useless lmao

@@emangrandeza okay? Thanks for telling me you approve of my muscles and assuming I’m not a athlete myself? Lmao you guys don’t understand macro, h/w along with genetics man and it’s sad, it’s a very long and not brief summary of why this workout does absolutely nothing, not brief. Also I’m not a bodybuilder, thanks for the compliment though since you assume I only know “one” way of working out and don’t understand this. You guys are fucking hilarious, it’s like a fake competition that only “athletes” are having with “bodybuilders” to have you even think to respond to that but I’m simply both and I know better.

@@Kkarrs I didn’t directly say all that now lmao. But at the end of the day, we’re all just trying to get to our goals and improve. Good luck with your fitness journey bro 😤
