What is the barbell length?
Sudarshan Shewale It is a regular Olympic barbell. Just a little over 7 feet (2.2 meters)
Olympic barbell size
I do this, but not all of them .The squats are hard .I rest the bar on a stool in front of me so that when I go low in the squats the weight just touches the stool in front .On my last rep I can rest it on the stool and step away .Don't have a Olympic bar .Just use stnd bar .My landmine floor attachment take either size diameter bar .Great exercise .Safer on your own than shoulder squats.
