I notice a number of these boats taking on, "Stuffing" could get less if they trimmed their motors just a little. I saying to push the lower unit out 4-6 inches so the nose stays up a little bit higher which would help keep the nose above the next wave they come to..... but it's only my un-expert opinion. peace & be safe out there
Trim those motors out so the nose stays up a little more.... if your taking on water you need to keep the nose higher if you can & one obvious way is to trim the motors but I guess most think it's one setup fits all but you can keep the STUFFING down if you'll trim the boat.
It’s just amazing, all the boaters who don’t bother to wear flotation vests at least while running through that heavy chop. Those 2 that were out there in that tiny 15’ Boston Whaler were the biggest idiots.
Can anyone please tell me why do most of these skippers go out right down the middle of this inlet. You can see the sea conditions are far calmer on both sides of the inlet.
I actually looked around for a definition of a "small craft". As expected I couldn't find a definitive explanation as to what a small craft is. In fact there was some boating website that said that a small craft is anything under 66 feet. That sounds ridiculous. I've sailed a 46 foot Mason that had a full keel. That is not a small craft. That boat is designed to cross oceans. A 58 foot Amel is not a small craft. In my personal opinion, a small craft is a vessel that has a single engine or a single means of propulsion. Small skiffs, personal watercraft, and anything with a single engine is a small craft. A sailing yacht with good sails and an auxiliary engine is not a small craft. A power boat with dual engines is not a small craft.
Throttle keeps the front end up. It’s just not that hard. I dunked my front end occasionally but it was rare. It’s not one speed in rough water. You have to give it gas at the right time. When you hit a wave and it slows you down goose the throttle.
The boat at 6:50 seems to be underpowered, that's a tall, big, heavy boat for twin 200 Yamaha's, they're notoriously weak on torque. The captain of the 13' Boston Whaler with a 40hp outboard was doing an amazingly good job in those waves and swells keeping it dry and "safe". I wouldn't have had the stones to even attempt going out into 6ft+ waves in a 13' boat, even if it was a Boston Whaler.😅
Where does it say you HAVE to wear a pfd in boating regs? Last time I read, it is only required you have them on board and within easy reach if needed.
Jesus chill out. Every boat is required by law to have life jackets. 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of people don't wear them. ...everywhere in the world.
what happen.....he dont know how to drive...most of these peeps have no clue of when to trim up or down and what speed to attack what conditions...etc a shame
Happy Monday everyone! Haulover showed no mercy this last weekend!! Don’t forget to subscribe 👍🏻

Boston Whaler becoming a Legend!
That would be incredibly impressive to fit a 400HP Mercury outboard onto that little Whaler! :)
Inexpensive way to die
It's always that fine line between what you and the boat can stand in the waves.
Should never rely on a ‘fine line’… when in doubt - don’t!
World Cat subdues the Inlet. My brother had one and it handles big sea beautifully.
Makes alot of sense to polish your supercar in the salt air.😂
drones capturing pictures of other drones
Great day for some quiet fishing…
18:20 mark.......thanks for that.
Finally see my boat sea era 192 👌🏼
I love the drone videos!!!
Absolutely bad ass!
If I had that big money I would absolutely have one of the Midnight Express vessels. 😊
👍👍👍👍👍

by the way... @ 13mins that tiny Boston Whaler might have a 40HP but no where near a 400HP. It would sink it !
Boston Whaler with single 400 Mercury 😀😀
One to many 0s
Had it been the 450R I think they could have made it out. 😂 those 40s is a extremely high output and putting out serious hp.😂
@@farrdawgjoker7087 twin 400s would of done the trick
Nah, pair of 425 Mercs would do nice !
wow looking stormy !a, That'll drive ya dingy!!
The Scout hull design is amazingly dry in bad weather but you're gonna pay for it.
Anyone know what boat maker is the "Kipany Express" from 2:30-3:00?
Figured it out....Nimbus!
That captain didn't have anyone to hold his beer...

They are very seaworthy boats.
The little Boston whaler did not have a 400 it had a 40 HP
That blue boat ate the seas up pretty good, anyone know what kind of boat that is?
I think it s a "Nimbus"
Nimbus T11
nuttin if its his boat!
💚😍💚😍💚😍 Beautiful 😍😍😍

Because they are American morons
Why would you want to go out esp if your not fishing?
Anyone know what the blue boat is at 2:42?
I think "Nimbus"
Nimbus T11
11:09 That Cigarette basically coming in on idle lol.
Beautiful!
time 2:30 - 3.00 is Nimbus T11 from Finland greetting from germany
Nimbus is swedish, but close. :p
When it snows, i choose snow shoes.
I think I got seasick at about 6:38 😮
Not putting a PFD on your kid on a small boat in that kind of chop should be a criminal offense.
Who would be crazy enough to put a 400hp on a 13' Whaler???
No one. It's a 40 hp...just an extra zero in error...

Damn the other jetski could just put is leg on the other and drag him out

U make some wrong typing, one smal boat with 90hk u write single 400

say no to bow riding
Aren’t they smart enough to wear life jackets?
Why you drive a boat,Driving like a car,lol
Is going too fast
No thanks! Doesn’t look like fun on the water. Too me. From the land of 10000 lakes. St.Paul,Minnesota.

Unbelievable. Can one not buy life jackets in America?

Extremely expensive in Miami ! (JK)
What do I think happened to this Captain? He’s trying to be something he’s not…a Captain. Should not be at the helm of anything in the water.
what happen.....he dont know how to drive...most of these peeps have no clue of when to trim up or down and what speed to attack what conditions...etc a shame
only idiots would dare take on waves that are bigger than your boat...lol
very painful way to relax lol
