Welcome back to another episode where man and machine attempt to do battle with Haulover Inlet!
This episode we are back home at Haulover Inlet. Who will take the win this week between Haulover Inlet and the Boats?

I disagree. The Scout handled Haulover like a boss! No stuffing and no turn around. Definitely a win for that boat.

that was me in the scout, I had to decide if i wanted to take the inter coastal back home to miami beach (2 hours), or put my captain skills and take haulover inlet to ocean side back home (10 mins). Easy choice

I disagree. Have you every been offshore on a boat? Much less vertical like that? I have, and its not a feeling want to ever have again. I'm telling you that, that boat had some unseen damages for sure. I know for a fact that things went flying in the cabin. Good call, Broncos.

Hey Bronco Guru, normally I agree with your calls, after all it is your game and your rules. However, like everyone else out here, the Scout handled Haulover. Sure it got smacked a little with those straight rights but it never took the best Haulover could through and never stuffed, it went toe to toe and came away with the win
The Scout won. Didn’t stuff the bow or slam anybody in the bow. Correct speed also.

First boat was definitely a win! Second boat gets the moral victory because nobody died and the boat didn't sink. Although it has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen anybody do on the water in my entire life.

Scout was a win. He hammered it going out, didn't stuff in huge waves, and nobody bouncing around like balls. Give him the win BG! 😡

Until they get back to the dock; probably. That said it's 100% better than most of these boats seem to have for bailing. ;)

Hits, Quick question. The guys on jet ski’s are they some kind of lifeguard’s? Seen them in numerous vids?
I feel like the scout got a bad call, as for the stingray, that's Florida's best and brightest right there.

So do all of these guys wait until they leave the dock to put the fenders out we never see anybody pulling up to the dock on Miami boat ramps with fenders deployed but by the time they arrive at the inlet fenders are always bouncing off the hull they must lose them offshore 😆
Scouts are one of the best looking boats, they have the classic sport fish hull design

I agree with the Scout comment - boat was a champ.
If it doesn't sink, the boat always wins.
Only the most experienced captains make it look easy, they understand how to surf the waves.
There needs to be an exception on stuffing on days like that. There are exceptions for losing, like getting smacked.

That scout looks like it won to me . I think it was a close call but they shredded it for what they were working with.. but hey I'm not the ref just a spectator in the stands.. 🤣😂
scout has a similar hull to a large rescue boat... but the scout is bigger, clearly handles the waves far better boat is built for this kind of water ... cap did a good job on this boat you want the nose pitching up ... he could have gone slower. but didn't need to so then its for fun
Round 1 the boat won. Round 3 won, it didn't get stuffed either. I would say tie for number 3.

I was curious and found out what that last boat was. It’s an Azimut Atlantis 51
No way that Scout kicked ass, too cool. Only boat that could take on the inlet on this day.
The Scout won. No stuffing and even if they DID bounce around in the washing machine, that boat is designed to take it.
I wouldn't say that boat was designed to take it. If you've been around the boating world long enough, you know Scouts are notorious for having damages after a rough ride like that.
@@austinquinlivan8304 Well, maybe not _quite_ as rough a ride as that one. I'm not sure if anything short of a Coastie Cutter could be said to be designed to REALLY take that sort of abuse. I stand by my statement that the skipper of the Scout still deserved a win though. Like a Timex watch, it "took a licking and kept on ticking!"

The first boat flew the dive flag while underway. Automatic loss? Need to have divers in the water to fly that flag.
The jet skis riding the wake are so annoying. In Texas, u get fined for doing that
