Paiste Masters is a phenomenal line of dry cymbals. These will wash out on the lower end without overpowering your drum mix. That being said you should also pair the set with a splash or brighter 16” crash to add punchy complexity when you need it.
21" Dry sounds pretty good - not too dark - nice wash

21 extra dry sounds like you’ve got 2 cymbals stacked on it, doesn’t sound like anything
Anyone know if the 21” Dry would be too quiet for Americana/Rock?
