I'm 15 161 cm 48 kg Skinny fat 20-22% bf My maintainance is 1800 cal I have reduced my body fat from 35 to 22 in prev 10 months,but because of lack of consistency and poor exercising and eating habit i got skinny fat physique.I messed up my metabolism by staying in deficit for 10 month without proper exercise and prob stunned my growth tooo My goals 1 - getting a lean physique while maximizing my growth My concerns Scenario 1[CUT] - As of my knowledge cutting will affect my growth,not drastically but at some extent it'll and even I don't consider it and cut I'll have to reduce my calories by a lot because i have messed up my metabolism and even if i cut after that I'll end up too skinny than i have to lean bulk - less calories/less growth -skinny physique Scenario 2[BODY RECOMPOSITION] - body recomposition can also affect my growth as you have to be in a small deficit to recomp and it'll also take a lot of time I'll gain muscle and lose fat at the same time in a very very slow pace and as i have destroyed my metabolism it's not safe for me to reduce my calorie intake -less calories/less growth -will take a lot of time and is not the best way for me Scenario 3[BULK] - If i bulk at this time it'll not increase my body fat percentage by a lot because I'll gain mostly muscle (obviously lean bulk) but as you said being lean is best for height so this will also affect my height at some extent and apart from this I'll have to sacrifice my face for some months while bulking and it'll demotivate me -high estrogen/less growth -fat gain/less confidence (I'm saying that less calories = less growth for me because my metabolism is destroyed already and i can't fit all my macros in 1200-1500 calories) I don't care if it takes time I want to optimize all aspects of health I'm seeking for your help kindly guide me brother 🙏🏻
12-15% bf is a good range for growth, health mainly comes from good habits (sleep, exercise) and your diet. Clean those up, and you'll be good. Btw, if you do go on a cut, max 500 cal defecit, take it slow to preserve muscle.
@@cyzz_le that would be approx 1300 calories if I reduce my Intake by 500 are you sure that's not gonna affect my growth? Or should I go on a cut with lesser deficit 200-300? If I be on 22% bf I'll have high estrogen that'll lead my growth plate to close earlier and if I go for cut it'll probably affect me a lot because I have to eat under 1500 calories to be in a deficit of atleast 300 isn't that more harming than the estrogen ? And I have heard that to trigger a growth spurt in ideal way you should sleep, exercise and eat in a surplus. And I can fix my body composition and metabolism with lean bulk (200-300 )surplus I'm asking soo much I apologise,it's just my concern :(
Me for example, I have moderate anterior pelvic tilt, moderate kyphosis and moderate forward head posture, I could easily gain 2 inches of height, when fixing these problems 😎 and I'll start doing these stretches and mobility exercises to fix my posture 😎👌🏼 thanks for the great video!

But the big lifts even weighted pulls up, dips, and most importantly squats and deadlifts as they are direct leg training are still okay to do so long as you are not failing within 3 reps, right?

Morning : 20 to 25 minutes streching and meditation. Night before bed : Skkiping jump rope 200×7= 1400 Masai jumps = 50×12=600 Streching shin by 2kg ankle wt each leg for 60 to70 min.

That's my limits for this workout. Skipping jump rope = 2000 Masai jumps = 1000 Streching shin with ankle wts = 2kg each leg (initially) = 8.5kg each leg (last load )
General question, will lifting heavy weights consistently (example trap shrugs, overheard press) cause you to lose any cm? Been trying all of this and more but am scared to hinder progress with certain movements.
This is a tough one. If you stretch your muscles and decompress the spine, you should be fine. But go too heavy (1-3 rep range) and that's where the danger lies. However, you do need muscular support to help your bones grow, so it is a double-edged sword.
If you have liver issues or high cholesterol, you shouldn't take it. Otherwise, it should be safe. That said, you should do your research and get a 2nd opinion

I wouldn't use ankle weights, but if they're all you have, they're better than nothing. It's all about tension, and area of influence (shins, vs entire body being stretched).
Xrays are the best way to tell (GP closure), but on avg puberty ends 17/18 ish for boys. Keep in mind that it's a bell curve, so some will close at 15, others 21+
