Hello Denise! I just uploaded another bouquet tutorial that heavily features roses. I tried to break it down as much as I could. I hope this helps! Thank you so much for watching! th-cam.com/video/yNF9yPEMbfY/w-d-xo.html

Beautiful; thank you for all the tips! Question: once frozen, how long will they last in the freezer and when you take them out, do you need to put them into the fridge first to unthaw or can they go straight to room temperature from the freezer?
@@kristianagotzsche-robertso6760 Yes, I tell them to keep them in the fridge until a few hours before they are eating them. They should be at room temperature when they're going to be eaten or the icing will be hard... and that's never pleasant. 😁
That's fine! I've made them weeks in advance before. They freezer really well! Once they are frozen and have firmed up, lightly wrap them with cling wrap and continue freezing them. Just be sure to take the plastic wrap off before you thaw them or it'll damage your flowers. 😁
@@ramyakuna8670 she's indicated somewhere in the comments that she used an 8" board for the 7 cupcakes and I believe this will fit well in an 8x8x5 box.

I used to fill a piping bag with frosting and practice making roses while flicking the crooked roses off the nail and into a bowl. When u run out of frosting just refill from the bowl and practice some more 😊 That was how my boss taught me to make roses (bakery in a supermarket 😊) and at first your hand is sore but it goes away and u get better at making roses.
