So glad i found your channel, I always use italian meringue when making frosting, they're more tasty and grease free,. But everytime i tried to look for tutorial on making flowers, they always use buttercream. Thanks

I know you guys must be awfully busy with your cake business and making these wonderful tutorial videos but could you please one day make a video about how you got into the cake decorating business? Were you very artistic as a child, have you always loved flowers, how did you learn your craft, what is your favorite decorating icing, do you also do the cake baking, what was your biggest cake disaster, the cake you are most proud of, etc.? We really love what you do and it would be so nice to learn more about you, your husband and your business.

For flower piping, what is the difference between using Italian meringue cream and Italian meringue buttercream. With the butter I think the colour is a bit yellow, but is there a difference for the flower piping? Thank you so much.

I have seen woman in US froze the flowers once they made them, and then they put those frozen the flowers on the cake. They say that way it is easier to handle. 🤔
