I would also love to see tutorials on beginner bouquets and the right consistency. I cannot seem to get my buttercream stiff enough so my roses don’t sag. Absolutely love your tutorials here in North Carolina!
Fantastic! I'll work on a beginner design this week! This is the buttercream I use, it's perfect for piping: th-cam.com/video/m7Il-AoVWvg/w-d-xo.html Thank you so much for watching! 😁
I just found you !! I’m from Mississauga , Ont . My brother and his wife just moved close to Niagara Falls !! I saw someone making a bouquet, but she glued small plastic cups together and make in a dome ?!! And a plastic cup at the bottom to hold the bouquet.she then put all the cupcakes in this cups and and then tissue paper ..it looks so beautiful. I love your cupcakes too, they are very beautiful !!🌹💐🌹💐
Yes, I used to use the cups, but I had to pump out so many from my bakery that it was impractical. That's why I came up with a flat design. I think it's easier for the creator and the consumer... And it still looks pretty. 😍😁 I used to live in Mississauga! Near Dundas and Winston Churchill! I moved to Niagara a few years ago!
What a beautiful bouquet! Looks too pretty to eat. Great tutorial. Thank you for sharing it. Yes, I would like to see a video on how to fold the parchment paper to use it with icing.😊
Hi Stacey 😁. Beautiful bouquet 💐! How did you lift the cupcakes from the cake board onto the sheets? It happened so fast on the video. Did you press and lift all of them at once or did you transfer one cupcake at a time? Thanks for sharing your skill and knowledge with us. Well done 😁!!!
As always a beautiful cupcake tutorial. I still need to learn how you so artfully wrap your bouquets in the tissue paper. What size do you cut your paper down to or do you buy it in these perfect squares already? I’ve been using the plastic cup technique and it’s just so much more work and adds to the expense of the bouquet. Stacey, what joy you bring to all of us! (St. Augustine, Florida)

And it still looks pretty. 😍😁 I cut the tissue paper. I just eyeball it. I lay down the board and cut a few inches larger on each side. 😊
Hi Stacey thanks for taking the time to make these video's. Im interested in beginners tutorials. Also how to get the buttercream to the right consistency and which buttercream you use. Greetings from Edinburgh Scotland UK
I will absolutely make a beginner bouquet for you! I'll start working on a design this week. 😁 Oh! Scotland is on the top of my travel list! Ever since I married my husband we've been talking about heading over to Scotland so I can see where his clan came from. I married into the MacIntyre clan. I can't wait!
Love your work 👍 please what's the buttercream temperature you're working with? I know you just said room temperature, we all have different room temperatures depends where we live.
Hello Just came across your video! I’m from Chicago I would love to see more videos I’m doing a weekend wedding for a couple at our church I’m gifting them 24 pure white in Xenia cupcakes cupcakes
I hope I'm not repeating myself.... if I am please disregard. I thought I had told you a while back.... WHY... I love your Cupcake Bouquet, because I am an Acting Teacher... and am (still) trying to move back to Albuquerque, New Mexico (US) to RE-Open my Acting Studio... but this time... I am also going to incorporate having a Mystery Dinner Theatre. Now... traditionally... at the end of the week, end of the "The Show" ... the actors are given out Bouquet of (real) Flowers... which is sweet... but I hate the thought of the Beautiful Flowers getting "CUT" and then dye in a week or so... SAD, SOOOO... since we're already going to have a Mystery Dinner Theatre... I want to give out to EACH one of my Acting Students a Beautiful Bouquet of CUPCAKEs... then NO Flowers have to die each week after the Show... Yes... that seems so Dramatic on my part... but I love Flowers and want them to stay alive, besides Everyone loves Cupcakes... and then the whole family can partake in the ending of the show... everyone can have a cupcake... YUM. I will have 20 students each week during this Summer Acting Camp... I (think) Cupcakes will be more suitable and cheaper than real flowers... LONG LIVE REAL FLOWERS... BAHAHAHAHA
I would also love to see tutorials on beginner bouquets and the right consistency. I cannot seem to get my buttercream stiff enough so my roses don’t sag. Absolutely love your tutorials here in North Carolina!

May I ask the size of the tissue paper? My first attempt at this was overwhelmed by too much tissue. Looks like maybe 12x12 tissue paper?
