    I just have to put this out there bc I feel I need it to be said. I’ve been struggling for a few years now. I became a militant atheist in my early 20’s, am currently almost 40 and find myself desperately seeking faith. It’s been impossible for me to find. I’m very analytical. I need charts, graphs, & peer reviewed studies. But something changed when you said “remembering that you are the bridge”. I got this thought about how science still doesn’t understand and can’t explain consciousness. Later on, when my future self sat down in front of me, she told me that we are splices of heaven and earth. That I have everything I need, but I give all the recognition to my body and ignore my spirit. This keeps me on a track of hedonism, constantly over indulging my physical form (overeating) trying to quell the hunger my spirit feels. Before I even attempt find the motivation I seek, I first need to find balance between my body and spirit. No shortcuts.
    Long story short, I’ve recently began this spiritual journey thinking it was just a way to allow myself fantasy and find motivation.. but I think I’ve JUST reconnected with a true and sincere sense of spirit.

    I've been meditating for a while now, but I still found this video to be helpful. The instructor offered some great tips on how to improve my meditation practice. I would definitely recommend this video to anyone who is interested in learning more about meditation

    This is beautiful! It has helped me find myself and who and what I wanted in my life.
    My only problem is I wish it was longer and I can’t sit or cross legs but I do try and sit in chair if I can. Truly thank you it’s a blessing

    I couldn't figure out how to sit comfortably. I notice many if not most meditations 'require' this. It's pretty alienating to those who can't do that.

      The best way to find a comfortable position for meditation is to practice a position outside of meditation. What pose do you adopt normally when you want to relax and be comfortable? Adopt the same pose, then start the meditation.

      You can lie down or use any position that works for you. 😊

    Although this meditation is very beautiful, I have an hard time imagining, not what I want etc, I can visual that, but the scenes during meditation.

    This was great until I started to itch
