The lock cylinders come with the bike when u buy it new. The waterproof bag inside the panniers u can remove them.

Thanks for the video. My "triump bag" that i got when purchased the bike had 2 extra locks, i believe they're for the saddlebags. PS - the dogs are really cool.

Are the zips robust? Would a 15'' laptop fit in a pannier, please? Very neat attachment system.
