These transports are awesome. Here's a tip if you can find some old hard drives open them up and use the disc to put on your table so that it would shine underneath them. They have a mirror finish. Thanks for the videos
As always great art on the card. Almost sad to open the card and destroy the artwork. Only actually two things having hard time with the red interior on the Porsche and black Skyline wagon van/wagon and then the slick tires. I guess you wouldn’t see slick tires in street cars like the vibrage Porsche and the black Skyline vans/wagon

Im going to get alot of hate for this, but iv been making custom haulers and posting them on the Hotwheels forums for 4+ years. I made models that were very similar for 2$ + 5-6$ in matterial . I was expecting Mattel to make haulers that were to scale AND had nice features. These sets cost 15$ and are smaller than the 9$ fantasy ones
Except for the T1, I noticed the wheels are different on the trucks to what’s on the package art. Liking the wheels on the Sprinter though, are they new? (Kinda like old centrelines). Thanks again for the unboxing, love these.
I honestly wasn't expecting the trucks to have metal chassis so I'm surprised that they do. I thought the trucks would have been plastic chassis due to size and the usual metal/metal standard for Car Culture would only apply to the cars themselves but I'm happy to be wrong.

Of coarse if i see it im going to buy it. But the porshe doesnt look great which is crazy because normally a love those but in this case i like the skyline advan wagon the best then the laurel then the porshe. In that order from fav to least fav.
Cant get the skyline one for a reasonable price, all the others are available, never mind I will get one somewhere down the line, I do have the Ford Galaxie one and that runs a close second.

1/72 scale trucks with 1/64 cars? I'm confused. I'm also not sure how a VW van could haul a porsche 356, I'm pretty sure my GMC 2500 doesn't have enough payload to haul a porsche.

Hugh Jass I believe you considering Mercedes did it with a small transporter during this same era but I believe the Mercedes transporter had the same big six cylinder engine that the race car had. I was not able to find any historical pics of the VW transporter you are referring to however.
Rob Younan I do Plano cases but for my Car Culture I would want a premium case. Plano cases are fantastic. I have a whole wall in my hobby room covered with them. 😀
