    Matt said to come watch your video, and it wasn't a dissapointment. I've also steered clear of the idea of doing any epoxy work, but your process seems like it's managable... maybe I'll give it a try some day. Awesome sign. The logo matches those on a few of my shirts :D

      Thank you. I'm glad it helped. I suggest Eyecandy pigments and superclear resin. That is what you see me use. Great stuff.

    Beautiful job on the sign. I love the way those colors pop. What was the green you used? Was that their neon green paste?
    A trick I learned from watching a few paint+resin artists (kanella ciraco and blu cherry studios) is to do the tape trick for the back, and once the resin is cured, heat it up with a heat gun and the resin will peel off the back with the tape leaving really sharp lines.
    Looking forward to the next one!

      Thank you so.much. yeah I use that trick on all of them to save money on sandpaper lol. The green is eye candy imperial green

    Can you please tell me where you get the tape for the backside of your piece to keep the epoxy nubs off the board. Love the work / piece - awesome!

    How much would a sign like that sell for? Looks AWESOME! Thanks for the explanation.

    • @stlwoodworking
      @stlwoodworking  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you. The price would depend on how complicated the design is, how many pours I would have to do, type of wood and a few other things but if I were going to sell that particular sign to him at retail price I would have charged around $200 to $275

      @@stlwoodworkingperfect! I was thinking $250. Just got a OneFinity. Hoping to monetize soon.
