I wonder if there is anything out there like this to discourage mosquitos or fly's from an area? (imagine how helpful that would be) (camping would be so much easier if that were possible)
I bought some, the one with the alarm and light. They seemed to work but they did not charge very well and finally just stopped charging altogether. They are as low as $16.00 now but they did not last very long.
That's easy. Buy a couple of Victor rat traps, bait with peanut butter, place by each tire. One by one your get them, until nothing triggers them anymore. Then, problem is solved.

What's the best for my car? 2014 Fiat ev. The only issue I've had is rodents. I think the sound and light combined might be best.
