Going to try this. There's a litter of 6 foxes using my garden atm, they're now as big as the mother so I'm hoping they'll move on soon. I've had to cover each winter squash with mesh because they have left teeth marks in them, also crapping on everything including a garden table.
This technique also works on pesky door knockers... Those door to door salesman & works well on the Tax man, just give him a little splash with the urine & he runs away...
Also when foxes are at it, the noise, i pulled up a video of a lion roaring on TH-cam and hung the tablet out the window full volume, never heard another thing from the foxes they shut up instantly. Lol And seagulls the noise they make, played a vid loud of an Eagle, silence again, although they piped up about 5, 10 mins later. But i thought hmmm, play the noise of a predator, it kinda worked haha

@@nashira222 I'm not sure because a HUGE groundhog appears to have taken over the borrow. MAN, that critter startled me, when I was moving some boxes around, in the garage! We spooked each other!!😱😅 I occasionally see the fox in the neighborhood. Of course, it's bigger now, so I don't think that it can fit into the hole. It was a kit, when I first saw it a year ago; poor little guy had a bad case of mange!
Thanks Vik, I actually woke up this morning and my garden light was on, looked and saw a fox at the same spot where I have been seeing fox waste. Bought the expensive lion poo pellets worked but for a short term. . I have always tot it was my neighbours cat so I wanted to see if cats really have 9 lives, but never went thru with it. Now me and my boys or will make a 2 ltr bottle of this and give it a go. Better still will go local pub and ask for wee 😂Will update you. Cheers

My Japanese Akita died and his basset hound companion is alone. He kept the foxes away and now she sees it as her job to keep them away...very distressing. I've put a mixture of salt. pepper, chili, Tabasco. I don't want to hurt the foxes just keep them away. What do you think?
I've heard that tags liberally dosed with spirits of ammonia and placed around your property works, or make a solution and soak the rags. Works on rodents to!
I will try this! I live in the city and there is a missplaced fox that I noticed in our front and back yard. I believed it is coming in at night and it's urine is killing my flowers one by one. So this will be interesting using my own urine. Hope I don't kill my own flowers lol

I bought a pint of wolf urine from an online tracking shop to repel a fox I saw yesterday stalking my chicken run. We don’t have wolves in my state, so no chance it will attract a wolf - it will repel the fox from the chickens and deer from my garden!
Great tip. Next solution I need is how to deter my stupid husband actually feeding them outside the kitchen door. Any potted plants and herbs I nurture are dug out or flattened most mornings. I am going to try this , I got a young fox that is so forward it will come right to my front or back door it won't run away it just sits there, I had workman in my hse last week & my small pomeranian pup got out we all her her screaming the workman had her in his hands she was hurt & still screaming he said I think a fox has just got her she got away but the fox didn't run off it followed the dog into my front garden & had to be chased off by the workman but its at my hse every day sometimes there is two of them I also have a large cat , we have always had fox's where I live there is a lot of parks & woods but I have never known a fox like this one it's scary

I would also find animal friendly traps, put some canned cat food in there and cover the trap with branches. Once he is caught take him about 5 miles outward and he should be gone for good
I just read that the only difference between gender urine is hormones and it takes sophisticated equipment to even determine the sex hormones. A fox cannot detect these hormones so if this does work then women can start peeing in the garden. You mentioned they can determine the size of the animals from the urine and I did see that a larger person has a different smell to the Urine whether it be male or female so that’s science and possibly why a males Urine works as most males are much larger however a female at 125 lbs is still 5 times larger than a fox. Just a bit of info
I love foxes in my garden. They never ruin it, I feed them every three days ( shouldn’t feed them too often because they’ll stop hunting ) they are good as gold. Poor things, everyone needs love.
Didn't work....Tried this method thoroughly....Numerous regular occasions, but they come back, even on spots where I've freshly put the stuff they were found laying there.
Maybe the urine wasn't strong enough. Try leaving it to ferment longer maybe two weeks or so. You have to keep opening the cap to release pressure but try not to shake it when you do.
Is this an April Fools prank lol I add mixed herbs & jerk seasoning to my mans urine when letting it ferment before I splash it around my garden lol I get the idea but I would use cayenne pepper & or hot chilli powder lol

Another good 1 is go to your local zoo and get some lion poo, scatter that around your garden where the foxes enter. Works a treat!
