Another nice change the devs made to the game recently is the glass walls you can install. They work well with removing the extra door spaces in such houses like "House in a Thicket" so you don't have to put in three separate sliding glass doors, and can actually turn them into rooms. Still really enjoying your series, got me playing the game again while waiting for the Farm DLC.

I'm gonna guess you know, but just to be sure. You can move windows and exterior doors now. Your entire house is rustic and then you have a really modern front door and windows haha

    First?
quick edit: With the kitchen, Wels, the sink could have gone onto the "bar" area to help with the flow of the work triangle (Work triangle means the lines that trace the route between the stove, sink, and fridge in a kitchen.) because with how you had it set up, the work triangle was just a line, and that makes the traffic flow worse, especially if multiple people are working on a meal in the kitchen. You can have an acute angle work triangle in a kitchen, and while slightly awkward, it is still better than just a straight line.

It came out a whole lot differently with the kitchen being very cramp, but your kitchen gave me the idea to go with a full bar for my Warehouse

Hey Wells! If you want to spereate the kitchen with a dining room, you should put those half walls on the ceiling, (no sure what they name are) between kitchen and the dining room

Got to thank you because thanks to your videos I just found out I have to finish these DLC missions to unlock new plots. I was so suprised when I saw you renovating this warehouse xD

Personally I would've put some slightly off white paint in the bedroom just for a little bit of variety and to maybe make the room a little softer/more comfortable; but then having the glass in the door would've been a little weird so idk. Really nice concept; very batchelor pad-esque.

OMG I absolutely want this house now. It is 10/10 exactly how I would want to live

beautiful reno! I would live in this for sure!
a quick recording tip (meant to be genuinely helpful and not a criticism): if you are showing us an area, say in the kitchen, try to hold your mouse still while looking at something, then move to the next object and hold still. if you fidget the mouse to emphasize what you are explaining to us, it makes it a bit harder to see things clearly depending on the display we viewers are using. im probably more aware of this because I get headaches from squinting, but it leads to a cleaner looking video if it's still-pan-still when showing off interiors. loving this series!

Is that a river? Boat access, or fishing spot?……Hanging plants make decent separations….I was hoping the desk would face the windows on one side, with the computer on the wall side…..reflection from windows makes monitor viewing impossible.

I think the time lapse music change fit a lot better. I absolutely love when you throw on the harder hitting tunes on hermitcraft but it just felt a bit much for how this game and series feels. That said I would still enjoy this if you prefer the original music you had and would watch either way. I really appreciate your content wels :)

It's cool that you are able to do different styles and actually make them work, everything I do always winds up looking pretty much the same.😄

Don't know if you do know this already or not, but if you build the the upper half walls it'll seperate the rooms labelling them individually.

Save time and money don't clean doors or windows if your going to change them out. Same with destroying walls. 😁

The cost is negligible when compared to the focus and creativity benefits of starting with a clean slate. I cannot focus or work properly unless things are orderly, especially in a game like this.

Hey man you are very creative and I loved this vid and I think you would make a lot of money in real life if you went into a creative career.
    That house looks kinda dreamy.

  • @ratsy1302
    @ratsy1302 ปีที่แล้ว

Oh man, this game is a Nightmare.
I see you making choices, and I have no idea why, or how things go together, or how you figure out what you want from the lists.... you pick colors and they just look good together, but I don't understand how you make the choices, or why they work together. Then at the end it all comes to gether and looks GREAT, and I have NO IDEA what just happened.
I used to watch in total fascination back when Keralis was doing That Roller Coaster Game, and he be all like "Just start placing some assets, and it'll come together" and then I tried it, and it didn't come together. I could never make it come together at all. As a matter of fact, everytime I'd try to make it better, it'd get worse.
So watching you do this is like watching a Magician do Magic. 0.o
