More details would've been nice though, like voltage/amperage of battery, output/wattage of motor, make and model of controller...stuff that us novices could understand :)
Very much appreciate you sharing your Jawa transformation. A thought or two towards some alternate decisions that could be made by anyone doing the same. I immediately groaned when I saw you grinding off the seat bracket. I couldn't be sure, but it seemed you were somewhat tall. But then I thought maybe he's going cafe racer, and plans to move the pegs back along with low handlebars. My thinking was "Why not instead add a second rear seat bracket to raise it, and additionally get some underseat space for mounting the controller , an additional slide-in battery, or anything else? As an example, Juiced Bikes sells a seat riser bracket for their Scorpion moped-style e-bike for just this reason- tall riders. In your last shot, your, knees were splayed outward. Yes, you are a tall guy. Of course, with such a rise, you could go for slight rise handlebars for a more upright ride. Just a thought for different ways one can go. Also, would've been cool to bring that tank back whole with the original emblem and knee guards after cleaning it up. Those tanks are so iconic. Additionally, a hinged door on top would allow storage inside for a glove compartment, the controller, or more battery, But no doubt, your finished bike is sweet and the yellow is bold (not to mention, it adds to street safety.) And of course, you can always go back and raise the seat for more ride comfort later.
GREAT PROJECT! HOWEVER I would have left in silver or raw color the fork lowers, the handlebars, the wheels and the brake drums. This does give you more visibility while on the road.
Thank you. Current gear ratio is 7.6 and it feel the best for me. Max current is phase/line 530/330A but i limited battery current to 200A until I make bigger battery. It has flux weakening.
Great video, love the bike but we need more information about the specs for the motor, controller and battery. 👍
He said motor is qs138

Yes! This is the future. There's a broke down old motorcycle sitting in a field somewhere just waiting to go electric!
Sick, but why not use the kickstand(painted yellow or black)?
Congrats! Sick build
That's awesome. Brilliant video. Well done

This is a great conversion, nice work!
How does spray painting last over time ?
Jawa cz 175 grom ❤
😍😍 keep making this type vdo
Nice build. What gear ratio didt you end up with. How many batteri amps end phase amps. Flux weakening ?

Awesome.. hope to work with you on building a bike.
Love it!
respect 👍
Time and cost of materials?
What motor did you use?

Why need gas tank?
Storage, styling
Why battery is not inside the fuel tank? If it was it can be perfect
too top heavy
Bad weight distribution, it would be uncomfortable to steer and bank on roads.
what are your motor specs to yield that 100kmh?
Plz tell me where u purchased the dc motor and controller
Hello, I can get it for you. You can contact me through WhatsApp +385915769770

Yes, I will make bigger battery. Stay tuned
homologace by u toho asi neprošla že?
It will pass homologation, but first I have to make few modifications, waterproof everything, mudguards, E mark lights etc.
The music in this video is the most annoying thing I've ever heard but nice build
