You will love the official MV of Standing Next to You! (It has the most views.) Jungkook is so in character in this dramatic MV. It truly is an epic performance. I think you’ll enjoy the story, directing etc as well as the performance in general. For your sister: There is an official choreography MV version as well. Same set, slightly different choreography in the beginning--but just him and the dancers. And some new costumes. No story. Just dance. And if that’s not enough there is a version with Usher! I think ppl don’t realize how brave jungkook has to be to be out there dancing with choreographers/dancers that he’s been watching since he was young lol to surround yourself with dance professionals… and still be able to command the stage with so much power, charisma, professionalism… he’s not being overshadowed by the others and in fact it’s probably pushing him harder and he’s giving 200%… every aspect of this song and performance is on another level. I’m so proud of my bias… just shining and being able to sing and dance in styles that interest him…. He’s shining so bright even as he is in the military… his success continues! I’m so proud of him

Jungkook is absolutely the sparkle! He really blew everyone away with this release after his first fun and flirty singles … the dance the vocals the performance … so sorry you couldn’t make it for the Times Square performance… it’s insane… his vocals were so live but man I’m so so proud of this guy…. He’s incredible! Dancers worked with him for all his golden solos pretty much… and hearing from your sister was really fun too!

If it makes you feel any better, the entire performance has been recorded and available for us on Bangtantv. The surprise performance (sponsored by Calvin Klein, Xbox and Hilton) was announced officially only 30 mins prior to the start (because they wanted to limit the numbers). Big Hit tweeted late the day before that JK had a surprise for his fans the next day in New York. That was it. It didn’t tell us what the surprise was nor did it tell us where or precisely when. Some ARMY then tweeted that the glass on the TSX billboard was being cleaned. Based on that alone, ARMY started making their way there. Then the official announcement was made half an hour before the start.
