Today, i raced a Lamborghini Huracan in my sleeper 4 cylinder build and it was pretty funny! He ended up being a cool dude but he was surprised for sure. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

Dude I sold my 2015 fiesta ST for a Type R. Dont regret my decision but I do miss those fun pulls from the little bean. Cant imagine one with all the mods you have done. Keep it up brother!

I had 300 hp with a big turbo and a tune in my 2014 ST. That car doesn't weigh 2400 and you don't have 340 in there. Both are exaggerated but you know that.
I have a 2015 Lexus ISF now that is bone stock with 30k miles that I got for 18k and a 2006 R6 trade.

Hell yeah you should run it! Used to go to race legal when I was stationed at Miramar. Not sure if it is thing anymore but might be closer for ya still a 1/8 mile.

I have a 2015 FiST, and i’m running a 215/45/17 with 17x8 +40 wheel spec, i rub a little if i’m going to fast over little dips n stuff but she fits nice and looks better! With that size you’re also capable of a wider range of tire.. even a r888r if you’re looking for stickies!
just ordered 205's to be safe, i hope they grip well!
Coilovers are going to ride pretty rough. Im on whitelines with Bilstein B8s, huge difference in comfort , performance, and not feeling that crashing feeling hitting bumps. My stock struts were blown at 40k miles when I replaced them.
i think ill stock with springs and a good set of tires for now, i think my current tires are taking away from the springs ability
@@GriffinBlanchard possibly yeah. I’d go out maybe your first track day with your current setup and a good tire. Then mod and go back out to see the benefits as you go. I think you’ll be surprised at how well it keeps up with cars three times it’s cost. I have a video of me keeping pace with a GR Supra and a point by from a Lotus.

@@GriffinBlanchard hell yeah. Ride might feel a little stiffer because of the sidewall compared to all seasons but they’re a beast when warm and perform amazing on track.
Next vid I expect to see nothing but glamour shots of the Odyssey, with nothing but her dog yapping in the background

Have some rt660s on my bean with an e30 tune and this thing hooks and pulls all over from the torque/grip. Little ripper, need to try some more pulls, managed a 5.85 to 60 which I was happy about lmao.

@@GriffinBlanchard yessir, whoosh E30 tune by the man Jason on 205 or 215s I forget. That was not using the "launch control", I still just spin that way. I couldn't believe the time tbh.

Rt660 in the 205/40 is the perfect fit, u gotta take this thing to autoX and out to the track but cooling mods are a must
i feel that, cooling is super important
@@GriffinBlanchard I have verus hood vents and removed the cowl under the windscreen, also remove the engine cover. It still gets hot, but not as fast as stock

@Griffin Blanchard with that half flat tire check the tire stems bro, it might be a small leak there, I had that issue with my Fist and replaced the tire. No problems since.

Yep. This was a joke and a waste of time to watch. He did the classic ricer thing by rolling by the Lambo. And later on, there was no actual race where the Lambo tried. They could run from 30-100 or 60-150, or 0-100, and at no time would that Ford win.
Ironically the factory wheels come with 215 r 40 sized tires. I just had to replace my tires which were the originals last fall and now I'm running toyo Extensa hp 2's. They do make a summer tire version which will be better for you on the track and just driving around in general than they would be for me because Cali stays dry a good portion of the year and Washington just shits on you with rain all the time. I do have a insta for my car if you're interested in checking it out though

Why would you not have a channel for a roll cage? Why would your car get impounded for it
if i get pulled over, the roll cage would insinuate a lot of other mods, which would result in a state ref/ impound, that a massive hoop to climb through, its a lengthy expensive process, and during that process the car is not allowed to be driven on the roads, and this is my only car. dont know what state you live in, but cali is insane dude

already ordered a 205 :( should be fine though
I think the 205 will handle better on track and gapping lambos. The 215 will last longer with its larger diameter and give a softer ride.

Just saw this was a fiesta not a focus.
According to Engineering Explained, modifying suspension for road cars isn't really worth it: th-cam.com/video/pyA1DVle8VA/w-d-xo.html. Even though you are going to the track, if you are still beginner or even intermediate, it probably really isn't much of a benefit. It's more of a trying to shave off that last little bit of time thing for avid racing. Instead, I would say start with at least a front tower strut bar (if you haven't already done this), a rear sway bar, and maybe a rear tower strut bar. Improving the rigidity of the car will have more of an impact. This is also helpful for autocrossing it.
hes correct, but driving around and feeling the stiffness and getting that low look is really fun. im just going to stick with the h&r springs that i have for now :)
